Awesome West side Foodies tour

Gabe was our guide. He was knowledgeable, fun and kept us safe while we rode through many areas of the city. My personal favorite snack was the Ukrainian dumplings, known as varenyky. If I find myself in Chicago again, I will take another tour with Bobby's (hopefully with Gabe if he is available.)

This was a great way to...

This was a great way to see the city, have some tasty bites, and get a little light cardio in for the day. I’ve been to Chicago many times and hardly ever leave the loop so it was great to see the neighborhoods. Wyatt was a great tour guide and had fun facts plus music trivia, as well as the info about the food we were eating. For a four hour guided tour, bike rental, and what amounted to a full four course lunch, this was reasonably priced.

Operator response

Thank you so much for this thoughtful and detailed review! We love hearing that the tour was the perfect mix of sightseeing, tasty bites, and just the right amount of light Bicycle cardio 🚲. Getting out of the Loop and into Chicago’s neighborhoods is a big part of what makes this Chicago Bike Tour and Food Tour in Chicago so special, and we’re thrilled you enjoyed seeing a different side of the city. Wyatt will be especially happy to hear your kind words—his fun facts, music trivia, and Culinary insights are all part of what turns this ride into a true experience. Between the four-hour guided adventure, bike rental, and what really does feel like a full four-course lunch, we’re glad you found it to be a great value and one of the more memorable Things to Do in Chicago. We’re also proud to share that Bobby’s Bike Hike & Food Tour is ranked Top 20 in the World, and reviews like yours are exactly why. Thanks again for joining us on this Bike Tour in Chicago—we hope to ride with you again soon on another Chicago Food Tour

Great tour while in Chicago

This is our second guided bike tour of Chicago and again was fantastic. Wyatt is a great guide- friendly, knowledgeable, and was adept at getting us through the city safely. Anyone who is fairly comforatble on a bike can do this tour! I gave this particular tour 4/5 stars because I think the Brews and Bike tour has better food and is better for those who've never experienced the iconic locations of Chicago. Overall, Fantastic trip. Wyatt, Thank you again!

Operator response

We truly appreciate your honest feedback and the comparison to our Brews & Bikes experience. Every Food Tour in Chicago we offer is designed with a slightly different focus, and the Westside Foodie Ride shines by highlighting neighborhoods, local culture, and a diverse Culinary journey beyond the Loop—making it one of the more rewarding Things to Do in Chicago for repeat visitors. At Bobby’s Bike Hike & Food Tours, we’re passionate about our four core tenets of travel, community, health, and service, and it means a lot to hear that reflected in your experience. We went on the Chicago's West Side Foodie Ride Bike Tour and it was awesome. We've been on a lot of food tours and this was one of the best. Chicago is surprisingly bikeable and the weather was perfect. The food choices were superb - pizza, pierogi, taco, tart, and chocolate.
