Our tour was fantastic! It started out slow. We went to see the sights of Chicago (the city itself) and the tour guide was very familiar with the area as well as eloquent in how he presented the experience. We were picked up right from our hotel which was nice and we were the only people on the tour allowing for an intimate, personalized encounter. Seeing the police station and getting a drink at Lottie's/Molly's was fun. My partner is a firefighter so it was important for me that we were able to see the firehouse so we decided to make that the final stop on the tour. Unfortunately, when we got there, the truck must have been on a call because the station was dark and inaccessible. We were sad and suddenly the whole tour seemed to be for nothing. BUT - our guide offered to drive us all the way back to our hotel, take his next tour around, and come back for us afterward and return to the fire station for another chance to see them. I couldn't believe he would go out of his way like that. We agreed figuring that was the end of our trip. Wouldn't you know - he came back a couple hours later and drove us all the way back so we could see the firemen, the truck, buy shirts, take our time. He went above and beyond. We were so grateful. What a beautiful grand finale to that tour. And what a fantastic tour guide! When we return to Chicago, we will look him up again and specifically request Deen!
Wow, thank you for sharing this! So glad Deen went above and beyond to make it right for you. We’ll pass your note to him - and hope to see you both back in Chicago soon 🙌

Wowww what an amazing tour we had! We were picked up from our hotel and our tour guide Deen took us on an awesome close to 3 hour tour of Chicago Fire station, PD and Molly’s bar as well as some sights around Chicago. The firefighter at the station was so nice and explained how the cast work around this true working Fire station! Deen was so awesome taking our picture at every stop! If you are a fan of the show, this tour will not disappoint! We enjoyed every minute of it!

We value your booking and that you enjoyed the tour!
Excellent excursion with Deenil! Everything was really perfect. Deenil was great: very friendly, pedagogue, and very professional. He explains things very clearly and makes the visit exciting from start to finish. We discovered some really interesting places, sometimes off the beaten track, which makes the experience even more unique. We feel that he has a perfect grasp of the subject and is keen to share it. I highly recommend this private excursion to all those who want a quality and rewarding visit, made by a pro, and in addition in a comfortable vehicle!

Deen was awesome, he picked us up at the hotel and provided lots of narration as he expertly wound his way through Chicago. He made lots of stops to get photos. He was our chauffeur, tour guide and photographer. The SUV was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a simple and convenient experience, this might be a good option. However, it is very expensive for what you get, and the locations can easily be visited on your own with a bit of research and by asking locally. Our guide was friendly at first, but the atmosphere became uncomfortable over time. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money in my opinion, but everyone can decide for themselves.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry the tour didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding cost and atmosphere. Many of our customers value the convenience we offer and find it well worth the price. We'll pass your feedback to our team to help us improve.
