SkyDeck Chicago is the Observatory Deck of the world-famous Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower). We did as many activities as we could in 3 days; it is definitely worth it for the price. The day is quite busy, but the idea is to make the most of the included activities. We visited many museums, took boat rides, and some places even included food.

It was such an easy experience and a great deal. The only downside was the food tour was boring and our ghost tour was cancelled. Even with that we saved money and had a blast.

Chicago is beautiful you can’t deny that. City Go is good, however their site can use better updates and warnings. Yes, we get it there are fine prints for certain activities, but you have to look really hard before you catch that, the Tour Cruise - for example does not operate at the Navy Pier location. Also the Big Bus Tour mentioned about the 3 location options to board the cruise the day before. Also, the Navy Pier carnival rides had multiple advertisements to buy/select the activities as options as if they are open now, but when we got there it is not open. Not sure if this is a deception but it sure seems like it. We ended doing activities we didn’t want to do because it was nearby. So we kinda bought too much of the activities.
Shedd aquarium wasn't included with gocity explorer pass. Pissed waited in line just to get turned away. Bought the 4 pack but had to spent another 145.00 just for the aquarium. Pissed me off no refunds.

Great and hassle free. Acceptable in most places but yes couple of attractions life Tilt, colour museum etc are not covered. Also time is less to cover the services offered in 2 days.

Purchase was only possible online or on APP. While I tried to make purchase, I kept getting error messages indicating payment was not successful. I had to make multiple attempts to pay. Then I ended up getting charged twice for the same 3-activity pass. I contacted customer service and explained it was a duplicate purchase and asked for a refund for one of the purchase. Request was declined and I had to do the similar activities twice in order not to waste the money spend. If I want to do 6 activities, the total price would be much lower, why should I buy two 3-activity passes? Disappointed!
Amazing, we enjoy Chicago with a lot of unique experiences that come included in Go City, from museums walks and experiences like spray painting your own pictures, it has everything for the whole family, super recommended you save a lot
