My wife and I managed to arrange a last minute trip with Irakli whilst in Georgia. I messaged late evening on Tuesday and thankfully organised Irakli was available to do a tour on the Thursday of the same week. Irakli was very attentive one WhatsApp and came to pick us up where we were staying (old town Tbilisi) in his Lexus. The car was very comfortable. We went on a Private tour to Chiatura. Irakli is a great driver and looked after us very well. My wife was 30 weeks pregant at the time of the trip and Irakli made sure we had good decent, drink and toilet breaks throughout at nice places. He was basically explaining something new and interesting to us throughout. We had a really good conversation and learnt a lot about Georgia’s past and present. We also enjoyed talking about his family and interests. The conversation was very interactive and he didn’t just run through loads of facts, he took our questions and talked around them - not just one sentence answers either. He was patient with us at each stop and helped take a few photos. Highlights of the trip itself were our early stop at Chronicles of Georgia (avoiding crowds), Mghvimevi monastery (unexpected), Lunch at Lia, Katskhi Pillar and the cable car at Chiatura. From our experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to book a trip with Irakli. We would have liked to do more trips especially to Armenia, but due to time constraints we were limited. Irakli was very knowledgable about Armenia and so he might be a good option for a 1-2 day trip to Armenia also. The Chiatura trip may be a less popular option but it was very interesting to learn about a piece of Georgia’s Soviet past… so if you have time I would recommend trying to fit it in. We wish Irakli all the best and thank him for our memorable trip.
Guide was knowledgable, fun, and really took care of me and adapted to my needs. Fantastic experience that I would repeat
I took this independent tour and had the privilege of having many interesting and stimulating conversations about Georgia's history with my guide, David. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his country's history. After visiting the geographical marvel that is Katskhi Pillar, we then went to the mining town of Chiatura where we got to view the now-abandoned cable car system. It was a privilege to be in David's company while we discussed the history behind these sights.
Irakli was great! It was nice to really talk about Georgian life with him. Upon booking, he immediately reached out and was totally accommodating based on my interests.
Irakli arranged a private day trip for me to Stalin’s printing house, Chronicles, Gori and Chiatura. He was great at communicating and he did his best to ensure I got the perfect trip. He made some great recommendations for places to visit. Saba my driver was brilliant. He too did everything he could to make my day exactly what I wanted. He gave me as much time as I wanted at each stop, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. He is a very good and safe driver. The Stalin printing house and museum at Gori were very interesting and worth visiting. The Chronicles are amazing and Chiatura was so interesting with the old abandoned cable cars and the brand new ones. Saba made stops at some very interesting places around Chiatura. Thank you Irakli and Saba for making my day trip so memorable. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to arrange a trip.
Great way to see the industrial side of Georgia. Highlights included the soviet cable cars, theatre and monastery.

Irakli is the best guide, not only for tours but also for life, he is an extraordinary person, the best husband, an amazing father, and a professional in his work. He really deserves huge happines ,many tours😄 many adventerous days ,that must be remembered.. Irakli is weak in this case but This day will be an exception ❤️ Irakli Now when you read this text, you wonder why i describe you so unusually, but it is just a copied text from your wife, who wants that your eyes would blink just as much as it will now after a few seconds ❤️ Do you understand? Or what would you understand? If yes? Okk. I would like to tell you ,that you will become the father of the second child soon, who will born in 9 months thanks to God, and I believe he will be no less amazing as Marita..thank you for giving me this miraculous feeling, thank you for happiness, I am looking forward to your hug ❤️ I love you ❤️
We were very satisfied with our guide Natia who took us through places based on her deep knowledge with the background she was former a chemist. A driver was also friendly, he couldn’t speak English but he tried to communicate with us through Natia. Our interest was especially in Katskhi pillar, they well understood our needs and allowed us to spend enough time there. They were flexible and tried to take us as much places as possible during the time, including our request to end the tour at the restaurant we decided to go about 30 min before the end of the day. Also their manager was kind to take care of us through email before/during the tour; inform us about the tour and ask about our interests, whether everything fine, etc.
It was great pleasure to meet you. I'm really happy if we made your day beautiful. Hope see you again.
