An excellent tour. A short visit to Vinci, then on to the wine tasting. A lovely vineyard where the processes of wine making and olive oil production were explained. Then we sat under the trees and tasted the lovely wines, with bruschetta , cheeses and salami, and the Tuscan countryside spread before us way below. Magical. Luigi was a first class guide, cheerful, friendly and informative. A most enjoyable trip. I highly recommend it.
The view from the winery was beautiful. Delicious wines and great serving sizes. It was also really interesting to hear in detail how the wines and olive oil are made. The Vinci part of the tour felt like a bit of a time fill, so would recommend that part of the tour is skipped.
Lovely day out, beautiful views over Tuscany, birthplace of Da Vinci and an excellent guide with local knowledge and passion for the area. Food and wine were outstanding and it was great to get a real insight into the olive oil and winemaking process in a small, family run vineyard. It was friendly and welcoming, with particular kudos to Valerie our guide
My wife and I traveled with our best friends. Fantastic views very knowledgeable tour guide delicious wine & food We couldn’t have booked a better trip
The tour was amazing. It was so relaxing and fun with our tour guide Valery. The vineyard was exceptional, as was the wine.
A beautiful bus ride into the Chianti Region of Tuscany. A guided tour of the Historic Village of Vinci the birth place of Leonardo DaVinci. A tour of a hundreds year old Winery set on a hill overlooking hundreds of acres of Vines and Olive Trees and a tasting of 5 delicious wines accompanied by Prosciutto, Salami, Cheese, Tomato Bruschetta and Delicious Olive Oil on Crusty Italian Bread. An excellent tasting experience in a story book setting guided by an incredibly knowledgeable and gracious Guide. Truly a wonderful afternoon, and worth every penny of the cost.
Short drive to Vinci then the winery on a small bus. Loved the Vinci visit, such a historic and quaint town. The Winery we visited was small but the wines delicious and the tasting spread with bread, cheeses, cured meats and then sweets was ample. We bought 2 bottles of wine to enjoy on our holiday. Met and enjoyed the trip with lovely new friends.
A fabulous half day out with a wonderful visit to Vinci. It was great to have some free time there followed by the Chianti wine tasting. The wine and food provided were delicious and the guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun.
We had a fantastic afternoon, beautiful views, great food and wine. Tania was a superb guide and top marks to Barbara for her driving 😁
