This class was so fun! It was just the four of us and we made gnocchi, ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu. Our chef teacher was fun and informative. We made the food, she made the sauce and then we ate. We were all very full after the class ate lunch.
We had a fabulous experience with Vilma. We booked to join another group but no one else booked for that time slot so we had her to ourselves. She was so warm and welcoming. We learned how to make pasta and then create different shapes. She made the sauces and we helped as well. We also prepared the gelato and it set while we made the pasta. The food was delicious, and paired with a lovely bottle of red wine. One of our favourite experiences during our time in Tuscany. Highly recommend it!
Had the most fabulous time! Chef Tommaso was the best! He was so very friendly, informative, great teacher and fun! We have been in the Tuscany area for 5 days and in many places and sites to see. This was top 3!!! Highly recommend. Thank you SiChef!!! ❤️❤️🇮🇹🇮🇹
