Bad experience with this reservation. We bought a group trip in mini van (we expected). But finally we ended up doing the tour in a single car. Which was not intended, as we could have done for us and much cheaper. We ended up without a guide. Besides we have been waiting for the driver in the hotel lobby 1h30!!! They still wanted us to pay for the temples(!!!) when we had already paid in the viator reservation. Nothing to point to the driver but it was a visit that we would not have done under these conditions. It was not the proposals by the viator. We already had 3 bad experiences with Viator suppliers last year in Egypt and we will not reconsider using again. We already had this week a reservation with Getyourguide that ran in the waiting
