Then stroll down Kuanzhai Alley, followed by relax at a teahouse in the park. Your full-day tour includes an optional upgrade to see the Sichuan culture opera show.

Meet your friendly English-speaking guide at your hotel lobby. After 40 mins driving, you will start your exciting day at Chengdu Panda Breeding Center. Spend your morning with the cutest, yet impressive, creatures in China! 3 hours inside the Panda Center, tour through the baby and adult panda areas and visit the red panda section to see these small adorable animals.
Wenshu Temple, a preserved Buddhist temple housing many precious works of art that are considered cultural relics. It is one of the most important Buddhist Temple in Chengdu City. You will enjoy a special vegetarian buffet lunch here with locals and monks. After lunch, visit this beautiful and peaceful Buddhist temple. Take a stroll at the temple complex with impressive buddha statues. See the monks and local prayers.
Next, head over to the Kuanzhai Alley, one of Chengdu’s three historic conservation districts. Constructed in 1718 during the early years of the Qing dynasty, this pleasant pedestrian thoroughfare is home to a fascinating mix of classic Sichuan architecture and modern cafes and boutiques. While you walk, listen to commentary from your guide about the district's history and design, and witness how some of the city's old establishments — local restaurants, traditional teahouses, Chinese calligraphy demonstrations — sit alongside the new. Enjoy the sights of older-style buildings, gardens and rows of souvenir shops and vendors lining the street.
Travel to People’s Park to see locals going about their daily business like singing or dancing before witnessing the cultural idiosyncrasy of Match Corner, an enclave in which parents attempt to match their children with other eligible infants. Leisurely enjoy a cup of local tea by the river before head to your hotel, end your memorable day.

Departure point: Free picking up service from your city hotel or residence in Chengdu (all hotels within 3rd Ring Road), if you stay outside the 3rd Ring Road, then need to be picked up at the main gate of Wuhouci, or please contact us in advance to arrange to be picked up from your hotel or airport and pay extra cost to driver. Return point: Returns to original departure point or can be drop-off at the city center.

This was a great day. Our gude was fantastic, he explained everything that we asked and was knowlegable on all the places we visited. The best part was the fact we were not rushed and could do the activities at our own pace. This is particularly important for older guests.. I would certainly recommend this tour

Highly recommend this tour to anyone with limited time in Chengdu. Our tour guide Perry was fantastic. Perry has great English, answered all our questions and ensured all our needs were catered for. Perry has great knowledge of the Panda centre and we were able to see lots of Panda's and the cubs. Perry made sure we always had the best view too. We had a great day, thank you Perry.
We had a great time. Wells was really friendly and excellent at choosing the best route to avoid the crowds. Going as early as possible in the morning meant the pandas were active and we saw several of them eating and climbing. The monastery is also both interesting and very picturesque. Our driver also did a good job, particularly since we shuffled the itinerary around a little bit.
Silvia was a fantastic guide. She was very knowledgeable, moved at a good pace and gave us great recommendations for our time in Chengdu.

The tour was a perfect solution for a long layover. The panda research centre is the highlight. Those glentle giants are amazing. Our guide Perry was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Told us lots about pandas, thought us the history of Chengdu and showed us the local culture and cuisine like we never imagined possible for that short time.

We had the tour guide Perri. He was very friendly and helpful. He had very good knowledge about the pandas and many other things. He was very patient with as we all like to go our own ways sometimes. He was able to answer all our questions. He took us for lunch and was considerate about spice levels and how to minimise the spice. The lunch was very very tasty. I would definitely recommend this company especially Perri.

My guide Jane took me to all the spots mentioned in the description and showed me around. She answered all my questions and was very helpful in finding gifts to bring back home. I would highly recommend if you want to see all the must-see spots without any organisational hassle.
Wonderful trip to the Breeding Centre of Pandas and the most characteristic areas of Chengdu: the guide JoJo is very nice and helpful, he knows very well the places visited and the tricks to see them at their best, not least he speaks a very pleasant English
