Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and provide you with train ticket of High Speed Train to Tangier city
Be prepared to board a high-speed train for a 2-hour journey to Tangier.
Upon arrival in Tangier, you'll meet your driver near Starbucks at the train station. Enjoy a scenic ride in a comfortable van from Tangier to Chefchaouen, with opportunities to stop and capture stunning photos along the route.
Uta el-Hammam square exudes an atmosphere that fuses Arab and Spanish influences and is reflected in the fantastic food offered in street restaurants all around.
The Grand Mosque of Chefchaouen is popular with tourists, perhaps thanks to its unique octagonal minaret and its stunning architecture which dates back to the 15th century.
Ras el-Ma waterfall, translated into the head of the water, is the point where the mountain's freshwater seeps into the city's popular gathering place for the inhabitants.
After the tour the same driver will pick you up for a drive to Tangier Train Station and assist you to board the High speed train to Casablanca Voyageurs train station
After your exploration, relax on the return journey to Casablanca Voyageurs train station, following the same comfortable route back.

*From Hotel/Accommodation: Just make sure you're staying within about 7 km Radius of downtown Casablanca. The driver will be waiting for you in the lobby, arriving between 45 and 5 minutes before your pick-up time. *From Port (Cruisers): After you pass through the disembarkation area, look for our team right next to the dockside. They'll be holding a sign with “Your Name” and company name "Premium Transfers and Tours." No need to walk all the way to the port entrance. We are right there waiting for you!

This was a bit pricey but we'll worth it as a solo traveler.. They took good care of me. Very punctual with hotel pickup.. Clean transportation.. Lunch was at top of restaurant and was a bit of a walk.. Guides were all polite and friendly.. I came to shop and shop I did.. My guide helped with bags.. My only advise is to carry plenty of cash as most stores in small towns want only cash.. Negotiate, negotiate and negotiate for price in this part of the world.. If not satisfied with price walk on someone will give fair price along the way... I enjoyed my trip.. Long day so prepare yourself.. Train ride also clean and smooth ride... Very pleased all around..
I was alone on this group tour. And this company did a phenomenal job, they took care of me every bit and showed me more than the itenary..keep it up

Seamless journey from our hotel pick to train then driver up to the blue city. Our guide Mohamed was very knowledgeable and highlighted areas. Even though it was a long day we were collected by friendly Khia Overall I recommend this tour.

Tour guide Mohamod was excellent with ongoing information about Chefchaouen. Could not have done better job. He was a local and respected by locals. Pick from hotel punctual and driver took us to train platform. It would have been nice if we got some commentary from driver to or from train to Chefchaouen. Driver waited with sign at station which was helpful. He could also have shown us to platform on return as was separate to all other departures.

It was fun and lovely experienced seeing the most instagramable scenery and one of my most picture perfect trip I had. The driver Mr Najib & our guide Mohammed is the best. My only concern is the service people in the Resto ( Lunch Meal) they are very slow that even our appetiser we did not eat coz were running out of time. 🩵

Overall, a lovely day trip! A few logistical things I wish I had known prior to the trip to make the trip more pleasant: 1) The booking notes on Viator state it is a 12 hour trip (approx), but it ended up being close to 15 from hotel pickup to hotel drop off (7:15-21:45). It made a long day feel longer. 2) Bring lots of snacks! The hotel pickup was early enough we didn’t get to catch breakfast and getting back at 10 pm after a long day made getting dinner tough. Lunch is included and they do make one stop each way at a small cafe/convenient store to grab something very light, but I wish I had brought snacks. I was starving most of the day. 3) The two hour drive to and from Chefchaouen is VERY hilly and winding. Add onto that, the driver takes the roads at a very fast (and harrowing at times 😅) pace, it does not bode well for someone with motion sickness. Prepare yourself if you struggle with this or consider not making this trip. Trust me-it is not for the faint of heart. Muhammad was an exceptional guide at Chefchaouen! He knows the city well and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made us all feel very welcome. Khar was an amazing driver for our hotel pickups/drop offs. Our time with him was short but he definitely made a good impression. When taking us back to the hotel, he was so kind to make a quick stop for us to run in a grab a quick take away meal since it was so late. This simple gesture made a very long day end on such a positive note. We really appreciated his kindness. The Blue City was lovely. Hope you enjoy it too!

My dad and I took a day trip to Chefchaouen from Casablanca, which included the high-speed train to Tangier and transport onward to Chefchaouen. What started off as a promising experience quickly became disappointing and extremely rushed. Our guide, Mohammed, barely gave us time to enjoy the city properly. We were constantly hurried through the streets, and whenever we stopped to take photos, he would impatiently call us to move on. Considering Chefchaouen is famous for its beautiful blue streets and photo spots, this completely took away from the experience. Ironically, we spent more time being taken into perfume and painting shops to buy things than actually enjoying the town itself. It felt very tourist-trap oriented. The food included was very basic and even lunch felt rushed. To make matters worse, drinks were not included, and after we paid separately for them, the waiter later stopped me downstairs claiming I hadn’t paid. I had clearly left the money on the table in front of both the waiter and tour staff. By the time I went back upstairs with him to show where I had left it, the table had already been cleared. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. At 250 euros per person, this tour was absolutely not worth the money. Chefchaouen itself is beautiful, but sadly the overall experience felt rushed, commercialized, and focused more on extracting money from tourists than providing a meaningful visit. I would strongly recommend looking for alternative tour operators if you want to truly enjoy Chefchaouen at your own pace.
