The tour of the Harbor was really nice! The crew were helpful and polite. The narrator was very informed and fun to listen too. We would recommend this tour to both visitors and locals! Thank you! The Fischers

Fun and enjoyable. Worth the money.
It was a beautiful day and the cruise was amazing! Saw a lot of different sites. Happy we did this tour.

We ordered our tix0 l0 online and went to the meeting place 45 min in advance to get in line to get topside seats. We were some of the first there. Right before boarding they let several dozen people (a family reunion who probably got a discounted rate) board ahead of us and they took the entire topside of the boat. We had to sit in the bottom side of the boat where the windows were filthy and you couldn't see out at all. The engine was ratchety and sounded like it wouldnt get us back to shore. The boat was grimey and I dont think it had ever been washed. Everything was rusty and dirty. My 83 year old mother had to stand upside for an hour and a half because the downside of the boat was so unenjoyable. Note that there were about a dozen kids from the reunion running around back and forth to their chairs leaving them empty 1/2 the time. It was $200 and we didnt enjoy one minute of it.
It was very informative. Staff were pleasant. But air conditioning inside was poor. Don’t go on a hot day
The cruise was cancelled, and you should already know that. The communication with the provider and your company is abysmal.
