Description
Enjoy this scenic tour Chandragiri Hills as well as Kathmandu Valley and Himalayan ranges by cable car! You will be picked up at your hotel in Kathmandu by your guide at 8 am, and driven a short drive to to Chandragiri Hills. You will then board the cable car and enjoy soaring peaks and breath taking views of the entire Kathmandu Valley covered with lush green blanket of flora. Once up the hill, you will be able to gaze at panoramic views of mountains like Ganesh, Manaslu, Lantang, Dorje Lakpa, JugalHimal, and you might even get the chance to see the temple on the hill top. Lunch will be provided on this tour, and you will be driven back to your hotel at the end of the excursion.

The tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to the Chandragiri Cable Car station (approx. 45 minutes’ drive). Cable Car Service starts at 8 am in the morning. Take a cable car ride that takes you to the Chandragiri hill top. On the way enjoy lush greenery and valley view. Once you will reach to the top, you will have spectacular views of Snowcapped Mountains like: Ganesh Himal, Mt. Manasalu, Langtang Ranges, Dorge Lakpa and many more towards the east corner. Also the view of Makawanpur district on the other side of the hilltop. Enjoy lunch at Chandragiri. Ride down to cable car station and drive back to hotel.

Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our vehicle and guide will pick you up from your hotel. the pickup location should be within Kathmandu valley.

- Cable car would be operating from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends and public holidays.
- Wheelchair passengers can also travel on the cable car. The cable car operators will assist wheelchair-bound passengers in boarding cable cars.
- Any person aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult passenger.
- A maximum of 8 passengers can be accommodated; children aged below 3 years old also counts as one person.
- Children below 3 feet can travel free of charge.
- We offer pick and drop off service from Hotels inside Kathmandu city ring road. For hotels outside ring road you need to pay additional charge.
