Then head to Chimera Bistró, a unique gastronomic experience in a charming setting surrounded by vineyards and gardens. There you will have the opportunity to taste dishes inspired by contemporary Argentine cuisine, made with fresh and seasonal products. Each step of the menu is carefully designed to highlight regional flavors and is accompanied by a careful selection of Achaval Ferrer wines, which further enhance the experience. When the final time comes, your private driver will take you back to your hotel.

Policy for Minors: for safety and hygiene reasons, minors under the age of 12 cannot participate in the guided tour within the winery production area. A responsible adult must accompany the child and stay with the child in the garden or visitation centre during this time. After the visit, the adult can join the tasting.

Very fast and too cold, without much interaction! The attendees simply resume to mechanically pass through Chandon's data as a global group and ready!
The two places are extremely wonderful, amazing views and impeccable service! First we went to Chandon, driver took us explaining and telling about the city all the way, it is worth highlighting his service too. Soon after we know everything, they give us time to take pictures and then we went for lunch. Wonderful dishes and very well prepared. Cordial attention

We started the day with the Chandon tasting and it was really good! Kind and polite service. We took a tour of the entire winery and ended with a tasting. After Marcão, our driver took us to Bodega Quimera, and we had a seven-step lunch, where we could repeat the steps and the wines served. It was delicious, tasty food, incredible service! It was so worth it! It was the best we had in Mendoza! Beautiful dishes. It's so worth it!!!
Our first trip to Mendoza was at Bodega Chandon; A beautiful place, with an instructive and very peaceful walk. Our guide was young, but knew a lot about the process; the tasting was simple but satisfying. The extra is the possibility of purchasing exclusive labels that are only sold in Mendoza at the factory store. Our lunch was at the incredible bodega Quimera. What a beautiful place! A fantastic seven-step lunch and excellent wines. We had a wonderful afternoon there. The staff and Sommelier are great. The incredible food. I would definitely come back more often!
