If I could give this 20 stars I would. This was an amazing experience that we will remember for years and years. This reminded me of a Sunday dinner with family. Lara was so welcoming, accommodating to our kids (8&4) and we learned so much about Italian cuisine. This experience is an absolute must.
Excellent experience that perfectly reflects the basics of Italian tradition
Our host, Angela, was incredible and welcoming. Aside from the cooking itself, she told us about the area, history of some of the local delicacies and recommended us foods to try. Angela is an amazing cook, she taught us a lot in a short period of time, shared her knowledge with us and took time to show us how to prepare each of the dishes. We had a go at preparing the pasta and dessert ourselves, which was lots of fun. Would thoroughly recommend the experience!
It's a great experience. Angela was a great teacher and hostess, taught me Tortelloni, Farfalle and Penne. Pesto Genovese, of course, homemade with fresh ingredients... just heavenly. And as a dessert, a tiramisu with Angela's secret ingredient. A big thank you to Angela for her patience if I haven't always been very skilful.
Intimate, warm atmosphere with sisters Ilaria and Maria Luisa. We had a wonderful time, ate delicious food, and made a family memory we will never forget.
We were welcomed at Alexsandra's house, which made us live an unforgettable experience. We learned in a simple and fun way the preparation of some traditional dishes and we ate excellently! Do it again!
What a fabulous morning with Maria Luisa & Ilaria, they made us feel incredibly welcome, like we had known each other for years! Knowledgeable and happy to help a couple of novice pasta makers. Highlight of my trip to Modena. Will visit again, highly recommended.
Not just the hands on food preparation, cooking, and enjoyment, it’s all about culinary culture of home cooking. It’s the details that make right.
Great class Angela was amazing and so knowledgeable on pasta and food and the area. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fun activity on holiday
Maria Luisa was excellent. She showed me how to make tortellini, and was a great teacher. She did not speak much English, but it was fun using my Italian. I would recommend this class for anyone.
