Fabyana was brilliant. Not only was she knowledgeable and interesting but great fun as well. Her kitchen was in a beautiful, peaceful area, up lots of steps of course, with a terrace where we ate what we’d cooked with an amazing view. We’ve done a few cooking courses in France and Italy and this was definitely among our favourite. Would highly recommend Fabyana’s course
This was the highlight of our trip. The host was amazing. We made pizza, pasta, and biscuit lemon cookies. The location was beautiful. Fabi made our experience feel special. The location is a short walk to everything.
Fabiana with Taste of Positano was so much fun! This was a great experience at a beautiful venue overlooking Positano.
Fabiana our chef was fabulous!! A wealth of skill and knowledge and a simply lovely person. She made us feel completely at home the second we arrived. The menu didn’t match what was advertised but it was delicious all the same. We would highly recommend this experience indeed!
We had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with Fabiana during our trip to Italy this past summer, and it was an unforgettable highlight of our vacation! Fabiana was an exceptional host, welcoming us warmly and making the experience truly special. We even had the chance to meet some of her family members at their family-owned villa, adding a personal touch that made the day even more memorable. The villa itself offered breathtaking views that perfectly complemented the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed learning from Fabiana and taking part in creating an incredible, delicious meal. To top it all off, she graciously sent us the recipes afterward so we could recreate the dishes at home. We would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Positano. Thank you so much, Fabiana! We can’t wait to book with you again when we return.
What a wonderful experience! thank you so much. We stayed in positano and only there for a few days so it was very close to our hotel and it was beautiful
The cooking class with Pasqualina in her home was a fun and enjoyable experience. We especially enjoyed meeting her beautiful family and sharing a meal with them! Unfortunatley, the tour company provided us with the wrong address, so we could not locate her home. We went to that location and it was not her home. After about an hour of searching, we gave up and went back to our hotel. We were not able to contact Pasqualina as we did not have the ability to make foreign calls on our cell phone. After we returned to our hotel, she called us and I explained that we could not locate her home. She sent us the GPC coordinates via Whats App, and with that we were able to locate her, although we ended up being 1-1/2 hours late. She was very gracious regarding our late arrival. We found out that the street name initially given to us was missing two words that made it a whole different street. Another suggestion I have for the company is to give customers the flexibility to create their own menu. We did not know what we would be making until we got there. Even though we loved the tiramisu, I have made that many times and would have liked to have the choice of a different dessert. The other food items were also good, but not something I will likely make again. Pasqualina was very kind, though, to send us all the recipes and I appreciate that. One last thing is that we were not notified of the address until 18:30 the night before the class. I was getting very worried that we would not get a location. I suggest that the company send this information earlier in the day or perhaps even the day before. The actual cooking was a fun experience. As I mentioned, it would have been nice to have a choice of menu items, but we did enjoy the food. I did feel that the price was rather high-we had initially booked another cooking class for 190 euros which included our choice of menu items, but had to change at the last minute due to that person had the flu. As we had our minds set on a cooking class, we went ahead and booked the more expensive class. However, if I had more time to research I would have picked one that was more in line with the price of the other class.
This cooking class was one of the highlights of my trip. Antonietta and her husband were absolute gems for hosts. We enjoyed some great food, conversation and many laughs. Our 3 hour class lasted 5 hours because we were all enjoying ourselves so much. I highly recommend this class, as Antonietta is an excellent cook, teacher and hostess. Thank you Antonietta and Pierro.
We had such a good time at Antonietta and Piero's house. It was like we were at our families house and we were making a meal. Great food, great conversation and could have stayed for hours. Absolutely will go back and do it again next time we are in Lucca. One of the highlights of our vacation.
