Adriana was wonderful. Well prepared, timely and great personality. All the recipes we prepared were explained and demonstrated. My only complaint and it is not about her at all. The company needs to provide promotional materials. Other cooking classes have sent you home with an apron, etc.
The experience far exceeded our expectations!! It was an enjoyable and memorable cooking session. The instructions were easy to follow, and we were delighted by how delicious everything turned out. We learned to make pici, ravioli, and gnocchi and we can’t stop talking about how much we loved learning to make them. We’re eager to recreate these pastas at home. Based on the instructions we learned, we feel confident we’ll be able to impress our friends with our new skills. Thank you again for making the experience so much fun and inspiring. Highly recommend this experience to everyone.
This was one of the best and most memorable things we did on our trip to Italy. We took this class from Adriana who was fabulous. She is a devoted cook and made us feel so welcome in her home. She was very well organized and had all the cooking stations and ingredients ready before we arrived. She made abundant appetizers and had wine. This is a very hands on class and we made gnocchi, picci pasta and spinach and ricotta gnudi. The dishes were delicious and her ingredients were fresh. In fact she bought the flour for the pasta that day after it was delivered fresh to the market!
This was a highlight for us while visiting Tuscany! Barbara and her husband were incredibly friendly and made us feel so "at home." We enjoyed watching her make gnocchi and was then treated to a fabulous meal entirely homemade. I would strongly recommend this experience!
The host Morena and her assistant were very friendly and accommodating. The farm house setting was more than you could imagine. Vineyards, chickens a garden to pick fresh vegetables to take home with you. A sunset directly over the vineyard. Morena helped us celebrate my wife’s bday with candles and a song. I would definitely recommend this farm house experience to others
