Cebu's most iconic landmarks, Magellan's Cross. Basilica Minore del Santo Niño is the oldest Roman Catholic church in the Philippines. It houses the revered statue of the Santo Niño, a gift from Magellan to Rajah Humabon and Queen Juana. Fort San Pedro is the oldest and smallest fort in the Philippines, built by Spanish and indigenous Cebuano laborers under the command of Miguel López de Legazpi. Taoist Temple: is an active place of worship for Cebu's Chinese community. The Temple of Leah is one of Cebu's most remarkable landmarks, often referred to as the "Taj Mahal of Cebu" due to the love story behind its creation. TOPS is a perfect venue for picnics and evening parties. It is situated in the cool hills of Busay. It is an excellent sightseeing spot which offers a breathtaking view of Metro cebu & the islands of Mactan & Olango. It is a circular structure with 2000 feet or 610 meters high. A panoramic view of the city especially at night with all the lights below is a spectacular experience, as you feel the cool breeze, crsp air from mango orchards, flower gardens & vegetable farms. Sunset is the best time to visit the viewing deck before darkness creeps in. Tops at night is warm to the eyes as temperature up & gets colder. As we take the road that winds up to the mountainside, you can observed many little barangays that seem cling to the side of the mountains.

I applied with a Japanese guide, but two guides came and both were in broken Japanese and most of the guides were in English. I understand English somewhat, so the guidance was understandable. Those who are not good at English will be dissatisfied. The tour went well and I got along well with the guide. Unfortunately, though, I don't feel like I've had the chance to taste the "Streed Gourmet" that the tour title says.

Leila and crew exceeded expectations! From the punctual pick up and expert navigational driving, we really learned a lot about PI history and grew more of an appreciation of our heritage. Leila is knowledgeable and articulated the history and cultural traditions in a clear and concise manner.
