Pickup Locations & Times
Hotel pickup is available only for hotels within Mactan (starts around 14:00–15:00). We will confirm your exact pickup time the day before the tour. Guests staying in Cebu City must arrange their own transport to the meeting point: Karancho Beach House.

- Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.
- Please provide us with the names and date of birth of all participants for insurance purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance.
- Guests who are intoxicated may not be allowed to participate in the tour. No refunds will be made in such cases.
- In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.
- You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy during the cruise.
