Caves and Dolphin Watching Cruise from Albufeira

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Bruno, who was such a kind, friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable person. He was incredibly mindful of all the families on board and their individual needs, making everyone feel comfortable, included and valued. Bruno made the trip so much more than just a boat excursion. He interacted with everyone and even organised a fun, interactive **question-and-answer session**, which got both the children and adults involved. It was such a great way to keep everyone engaged, and the children especially loved being part of it. He also gave us fascinating information about the coastline and each of the beautiful coastal caves, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. Most of Dream Wave’s boats are speedboats, which meant we could move quickly along the coastline and spend more time exploring the caves and searching for dolphins. Bruno was refreshingly honest with us and explained that dolphin sightings can never be guaranteed. The crew stayed in contact with other boats in the area, communicating with the captains when dolphins were spotted. This really helped us get the opportunity to see these beautiful, majestic creatures in their natural environment. Our captain, **Raphael**, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, friendly and highly skilled, getting us wonderfully close to the caves so we could really appreciate their incredible beauty. This made the whole experience feel even more special and worthwhile. Raphael was also incredibly kind with the children and allowed them to take pictures at the ship’s wheel. It was such a lovely gesture and gave the children some fantastic memories to take home with them. The entire crew were amazing — professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and genuinely caring. Excellent experience! The Insónia boat is the ideal size, which allows it to get as close as possible to the caves, where larger boats cannot go. That is a real plus. A big thank you to Miguel, the captain, who was very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip. The explanations about the different caves were clear and interesting. The presentation of the safety instructions by the young woman on the crew was also perfect. We had a stop to swim and jump into the sea safely, a moment very much appreciated by the whole family. We then tried to spot dolphins. Unfortunately, they were not there that day, but that is part of nature and does not take anything away from the quality of this magnificent sea trip. The partner was very professional, welcoming, and understanding. We had a great time as a family, in a pleasant atmosphere, with a real breath of sea air. I recommend this excursion and this partner with my eyes closed. A high-quality experience!

Me and my wife really enjoyed this trip with this company, organised, factual, beautiful scenery along the coast and caves. The crew made you feel very welcome, friendly, jovial and knowledgeable esp Anna ( think that was her name). For a 2.5 hrs trip its well worth it and they try to get as close to the dolphins as possible, which was really close as one swam underneath us..such a joy to see them in their natural habitat.. if you're in Albufeira id recommend this sightseeing trip.

We had a wonderful experience, our guides, Joan, Ana, Tiago were super cheerful and insightful, telling us facts about the dolphins and the landscapes, made the boat trip extremely fun, and were inclusive to all languages aboard. 2.5hr total.

They sell smoke. We barely saw the caves and no dolphins at all, even though according to the guide it was a favorable day due to the conditions and the time. Verrrrrrry expensive for what we did.

It was an amazing Tour with a nice boat, a very nice Crew and a lot of dolphins. Especially the Crew (driver Pedro and the guides Luana and Nicky) werde Kind and professionell. They explained the spots in 3 languages (portuguese, english and frech) one of the spoke also German. We spottet Lots of dolphins 😊

It was fantastic! In addition to the magnificent landscapes and our luck in having managed to see the dolphins from close... The guide Catarina was very friendly; she explained everything very well and even worried about trying to translate to French. Captain Ruben drove outstanding and even made us some fun curves! In short, we loved it! We will repeat with pleasure the next time we are in Albufeira.
