4 tickets reserved and paid for via the CheckYeti platform in May for 12/08/26, and I received the confirmation. A week later, I contacted customer service for additional information about the outing, and there, I received only the response "sorry, we are full." I specify that I had already purchased my tickets, and then I received an email canceling my order. That's it, without further explanation! Really unacceptable and not professional at all!

Dès que nous avons reçu la demande de réservation de la part de CheckYeti, nous l’avons refusée car nous n’avions plus de places disponibles pour cette date. Si la plateforme a ensuite mis du temps à vous informer ou à annuler votre commande, cela relève de leur gestion et non de la nôtre. Votre réservation ayant été effectuée via CheckYeti, toute communication liée à l’annulation et au remboursement doit également être traitée directement avec leur service client. Nous regrettons sincèrement la gêne occasionnée, mais cette situation est liée à une disponibilité proposée par la plateforme sans validation préalable de notre part. Everything was perfect from the food, to the drinks, to the music, and the whole crew. A truly wonderful experience! I recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca and 110% worth the money

Catamaran tour at sunset Very nice Perfect team However I do not put 5 stars because I found the bathing spot uninteresting, to see to propose maybe masks and snorkel to better enjoy? Also the buffet is a bit light.
The cruise is great! I highly recommend the sunset cruise for the views, crew and the food. The time flew by more quickly than expected as we were having such a good experience. However.... TRIPADVISOR needs to fix the meeting point information! It was very confusing and went to 2 different locations based on Tripadvisor info before calling Oasis. By the time we had the correct location it was over a 30 min walk away and just made it to the boat in time! Tripadvisor also does not make it easy to see the tour company so finding this information was more difficult than it needs to be.
It was a great experience with only 20 people on board: Very nice attentive crew, wonderful drive along the coast with plenty of time to swim, delicious food and an almost perfect sunset!

We enjoyed the trip and saw a wonderful sunset. The snacks provided were very good and the crew really polite and friendly. I did think too long is spent at the swimming spot and I’d have rather have gone out a little further in that time.
Very kind staff. They welcomed us with a welcome sparkling wine. Super wow sunset navigation. A rich buffet. We also had some delicious drinks. They offered us after even a dessert. The experience I absolutely Recommendation. You won't regret it.

A great trip by catamaran. After leaving the port of Palma we went along the coast with half the wind. Then anchor for bathing and snorkeling. Afterwards a typical local snack with tapas and back with chilled music, a wonderful evening. Julia and Peter.
