We were in the area & decided to do this tour & were very happy with our decision. We were greeted by friendly Pete at the front desk who was able to put us into the next tour group that started in a few minutes. Our tour guide was Jay who was very good & knowledgeable. The caves are amazing & sitting in the "cathedral" in the dark while listening to the most beautiful music was truly something special - gave me goosebumps. Unforgettable experience. This is a unique & special place that should not be missed if you are in the area.
Really enjoyed the Cathedral Cave tour, Jack was a great guide. Will be back at xmas to do the intermediate tour with our grandkids (our daughter who attended yesterday is keen to do the advanced)
Great tour - Our guide & all staff were friendly & easy to chat with. The cave is kept as natural as possible with plenty of corners, rocks to duck under & uneven floors. which was fun. Loved sitting in the Cathedral with the lights out & music playing. Really enjoyed our morning out & highly recommend if you like a more natural experience that's not a glitzy tourist attraction.

Was a great experience but I thought there was a cross in the chapel. I learnt so much about something many different little bats that sounded like running water
Very beautiful and impressive cave tour. Ideal for families as well. The explanations were clear and engaging. Good parking options. Kiosk for refreshments. Overall, recommended. Good value for money.

The caves were great! It exceeded my expectations especially the acoustic demonstration in the cathedral section. Just beautiful. Our amazing guide made it even more enjoyable. He was a great guy and knew so much about the caves and local history.

Lovely experience. Guide was very informative and had all the answers for those questions. Cathedral Tour is definitely worth it, even for those who are a little freaked out being in a cave with bats.
