The boat ride was great. We stopped at all the locations and was able to swim at one of them. The only downfall was that I was looking forward to snacks/cake and that was not provided... But the ride itself was amazing
Rough waters didn’t stop our tour, and we were excited to see all that we did. Unfortunately, there was no stop for swimming since choppy waters didn’t allow. While those things can’t be helped, it was extremely disappointing that our guide did not offer us anything to drink or eat on the boat when the tour specifically said water, sodas, snacks, caprese cake, and limoncello tasting. Two people who were sea sick requested water, but no one there got anything. I guess we could have asked, but I thought it would be offered like it was on the boat tour we took two days prior. I thought for sure there would be a final toast for limoncello before we docked, but no. In fact, one couple grabbed a bag of chips (off a basket I didn’t even see the entire trip/nor was I offered anything) as they got off they boat and the driver snapped at them that those were for the boat only. I thought it was so rude. When all those amenities are included in price but not offered, it’s a big let down. I was going to tip him extra because the water was choppy and he did do a great job maneuvering the boat—and it was a bummer that people were getting sick. However, the lack of class and courtesy changed my mind. I can forgive the weather and disappointment in not swimming or seeing things because of choppy waters, but I can’t forgive a willfully withholding snacks/beverages and being rude as we were leaving the boat.
Dear guest, we're sorry you didn't enjoy the tour. As we've already told you, all the other guests who were with you were thrilled with the tour. They drank limoncello and ate both the snacks and the Caprese cake, complete with souvenir photos. Both are on display in large baskets on the boat. Our captain is primarily concerned with the safety of our guests, especially on days when the sea is a bit rough, and not with serving as a waiter. We're sorry that, like all the other guests, you didn't help yourself from the baskets. Furthermore, and please forgive me, suffering a little from the swell is far from making you ill. No one, I repeat, was disappointed by the tour. However, experiences and expectations are always subjective, so we're sorry you didn't enjoy the tour. Best regards
the tour was absolutely incredible! we somehow got super lucky and had the boat to ourselves. alessandro was an amazing guide — he was super friendly, told us all about the different spots on the island, and also took amazing pictures of us. the limoncello and caprese cakes were the perfect size. it was the absolute best experience and best way to see capri. couldn’t recommend more!
Alessandro was an amazing guide! Very polite and a fantastic host, the treats and limoncello were the cherry on top. 10/10 would highly recommend!
My family had an amazing two hour tour around Capri which we all really enjoyed. The meeting point was very easy to get to in the Marina and was only a short walk to the dock and waiting boat. Fabrizio is the very friendly owner of the company and he walked our small group to the boat. Roberto was our captain and tour guide and he was excellent also. He took us all around to the beautiful coves, coastline and around the famous Faraglioni rock formations, etc. Roberto was also a very good DJ playing relaxing Italian music in the background, including Andrea Bocelli which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the caprese cake, chips, limoncello and cold water on board. We had a chance to swim in the refreshing blue water which was fun. Roberto was also a great photographer and took some great photos of my family on my phone. He also was very knowledgeable about the area, pointing out Sophia Lauren and Ralph Lauren's homes, and where President Eisenhower stayed when he came to Capri. We passed several crowded boats packed with tourists, and this small group tour was a much better way to go. I would highly recommend a small group boat tour with this group!
thank a lot! we hope to see again!
Great experience and tour. Mario was amazing and gave us a detailed tour explaining all the different sites. The boat had snacks and everything else mentioned and we even got to swim. Was 10/10 and would recommend.
Thank you ! it 's a pleasure to us to have you our guest!
We had the best time with Mario on his beautiful boat. Such a fantastic way to see Capri. He was friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend. Fabritzio met us and took us down to the boat. April is not super busy season yet so we had the boat to ourselves. Mario took photos for us.
thanks! we are very happy! see you in futhure occasion!
Review Simon and Valsa Peter May 18, 2026 Today we took a boat trip around Capri. It was such an amazing adventure: To begin with, on a trip with 10 people, only two of us showed up! So it was like a chartered cruise! The trip was well planned, and lots was done in 2 hours! The weather also helped. We left on the dot and returned on time! The boat was clean and well equipped. Our heartfelt tributes go to Fabrizio, the tour operator, and Roberto, our skipper par excellence! Fabrizio was waiting at the meeting point and took us to the boat. He gave us all the needed info. He also responded to all our questions before the tour. Roberto, our skipper, went above and beyond, providing local knowledge. Both of them were friendly, pleasant, and took perfect care of us. Roberto played all our favourite songs, including “ Isle of Capri” by Frank Sinatra✌️ In particular, I must mention the heartwarming and careful way in which they helped me embark and disembark from the boat. I was nervous because of health and slight mobility issues. Roberto turned the boat to a higher level so I could easily step in! They both physically helped me; this made my day! They both are an asset to the company. All in all, a perfect day around the Isle of Capri. Gracias, Fabrizio and Roberto!!🙏 O
We apologize for the delay in responding. We're really happy that everything went well. Thank you again and hope to see you again soon.
A disaster. This tour never happened. We arrived at the docks in Capri 30 minutes early & there were absolutely no Viator signs. We went to 8 different tour boat operators all along the dock and non acknowledged any Viator boat tours or operators. I then attempted to try calling the Viator contact number 4 different times over a 1 hour period. No one from Viator ever answered my calls I ended up loosing my $186.00 USD and subsequently had to purchase a boat tour from a completely different tour operator at an additional cost which left 1 hour later and subsequently we missed our ferry ride back to the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas ship in Naples. The day was a complete disappointment. We will be requesting a full refund through my credit card issuer. Non existent Viator customer service . This was truly a lost experience through Viator’s lack of response & customer service and the unfortunate loss of an opportunity of a lifetime that is now gone. Gil Tavares
Had an amazing time on this tour! Mario our guide was fantastic! It was worth doing the smaller boat. We saw so much during our tour and even got to swim which was my favorite part. The whole tour was smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend on your trip to Capri.
