Hostess and captain were great. However, the meetup point was very hard to find because there are many restaurants and docks there. I also don’t understand why they needed a picture of us at meeting point. We wasted a great deal of time waiting at Blue Grotto, which wasn’t even mentioned as being a part of this trip. And it was not that interesting. The long wait caused us to have to cut rest of trip short. Would not recommend.

Guests are always informed of the estimated queue and are free to decide whether they prefer to wait for entry or spend that time exploring other parts of the island. On your tour, the decision was made to visit the Blue Grotto despite the expected wait. It is therefore difficult to reconcile the criticism of the waiting time with the fact that access to the Blue Grotto was ultimately the option chosen on the day. Unfortunately, neither the queues nor the popularity of Capri's most iconic attraction are something any operator can control. We nevertheless appreciate your comments and are glad you enjoyed the professionalism of our crew.
Difficult meeting place despite best efforts to provide instruction. Large dock and big crowds made it really hard to get there. Too much time wasted getting people into blue grotto when that wasn’t even on the excursion description- made rest of stops really rushed. Hostess was very nice and boat was fine.

The time spent there was therefore the direct consequence of that choice, not of any change to the advertised itinerary. Disappointing!!! After more than 1 month with the reservation made, they cancel the tour because of "severe problems" with the boat's engine, without giving more options to change to another day. If you can choose another operator much better.

Not what we booked. We wanted Capri without getting off on the island. Told the day before we were “upgraded” to a stop off turned out to be 4 hours! We took a ferry back to Sorrento.

We had a lot of fun with Ortiz and Vincenzo, the atmosphere was very relaxed, they had a lot of fun and interesting anecdotes about the island. The boat was perfect, very comfortable and with shade for those who wanted some. We stopped to swim in a gorgeous place and they brought out some great snacks and drinks. We couldn’t have loved the tour more!
asked me to reschedule the day before the tour to the next day. I rescheduled and rearranged all my travel plans (€300+) and then they ended up cancelling the service without informing me the night before. I only knew because I reached out asking for details. therefore I had no time to rearrange my travel and get any kind of refund. horrible service and no communication
I'm sorry you were disappointed, but I want to clarify a few things. The tour was cancelled and fully refunded due to unsafe weather conditions — waves of 1.5 to 2 meters and wind gusts reaching 55 km/h. We understand that you may be adventurous and willing to challenge nature, seeing risk as something negligible. However, we don't share that approach. For us, safety always comes first, and we won’t compromise on that. Our goal is to offer not just a trip, but a great experience, and in those conditions, we couldn’t guarantee either. Just so you know, we reached out about rescheduling to July 10th on July 8th at 9:16 AM, giving you plenty of time to consider the option. We hope to welcome you another time, with better weather, so you can truly enjoy what we have to offer.
Amazing time on the water with Andrea! Very knowledgeable and was a great host/captain! Not the best weather however it was a wonderful time!
Amazing experience! The captain and skipper Andrea and Julio were spectacular. The views were jaw dropping accompanied by the flowing drinks and wonderful music. Hands down would do this again.
