Sailing from Sorrento to Capri, we cruise to the famous Queen Giovanna's beach, the bay of Puolo and the fishing village of Massa Lubrense. “If you choose the option that departs from Positano, you’ll enjoy the stretch of coastline from Positano to Capri, with its wonderful bays and the small village of Nerano, before arriving in Capri and discovering all of the island’s best spots.” Once we arrive at Capri we begin our tour of the island with a sightseeing tour of the Coral cave, the Withe cave, the Green cave and the Blue cave. For the blue grotto there is an extra cost for the entrance and for the weather or some events it would be closed not depending on us

This is a great one day excursion to enjoy the island and the sailing. The host and sailer made it especially enjoyable and comfortable for all the attendants. Of course, the host paid a lot of attention to safety.

The truth is we were caught in a storm and could not reach the port because it was risky due to the boats, and we were left drifting for 1 hour receiving waves and rain in a boat. The captain was very unfriendly. The assistant Vinicius did everything he could to help several passengers with their nausea. It was very stressful to be adrift with waves and rain. Afterward, he took us to the shore of the port and we disembarked without any problem. We learned that he did not want to take us to the port earlier to avoid paying the fee to use it. That was in very poor taste. On the return trip, the weather was good and the journey was more pleasant and quick, and we were able to swim a little. Capri is beautiful but overrated from the boat ride to everything else. If bad weather occurs, these tours should be suspended.
Hola, Lamentamos mucho la experiencia que tuvo. Desafortunadamente, durante los períodos de mucho calor en verano, en ocasiones pueden producirse tormentas repentinas e intensas provocadas por las altas temperaturas. Son fenómenos poco frecuentes, que suelen ocurrir solo dos o tres veces durante toda la temporada de verano, pero cuando suceden se desarrollan con rapidez y no siempre es posible preverlos o gestionarlos fácilmente. Por desgracia, usted tuvo la mala suerte de que este fenómeno coincidiera exactamente con el momento de su llegada. La tormenta duró menos de una hora, pero ocurrió justo durante el embarque. Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas y esperamos tener el placer de recibirle nuevamente a bordo en el futuro, para que pueda disfrutar de la experiencia y del buen tiempo que normalmente ofrecemos.
Achille was a great guide on this trip. He knew so much information about the island of Capri and spoke very good English. The time allowed for swimming was great and much needed in the 30 plus degree heat. Would have liked to see more of the internal of the island but the queues for the transfers were far too long. I guess we have a good excuse to return to Capri now.
