The excursion was not bad. The problem is that I bought it in Spanish and we were placed in an English group, so we did not understand anything. I told the guide, but even though she spoke a little Spanish, she did nothing to explain things to us. It seems unprofessional to deceive people like that, so I do not believe it is a serious company. I do not recommend it.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that part of your experience did not meet your expectations. After carefully reviewing your booking, we confirmed that this tour is not operated in Spanish, as it is only conducted in English. For this reason, the guide was assigned accordingly and conducted the tour in the only available language. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused during your experience, especially if there was any misunderstanding at the time of booking regarding the language option. We have already contacted Viator to clarify how this information may have appeared differently on the platform, in order to avoid similar situations in the future. We always strive to provide clear and accurate information and to ensure all guests have the best possible experience. We are truly sorry that this misunderstanding affected your perception of the tour. Kind regards, Alessandra
Oh my gosh, beauty beyond imagination! Cynthia was our guide and was phenominal! We got and extra option to have a private boat tour of additional main places around the Island (25 euros well spent). Must do!!
Our guide, Marcella, was funny, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. She shared a wealth of information about the island and made sure we felt safe, never got lost, and truly made the most of our time. Getting to the Blue Grotto and Anacapri by private minibus was quick and comfortable, making the day smooth and well organized. If you want to get a great overview of Capri in just one day, this tour is the perfect way to optimize your time with stress-free logistics.
Our guide, Marcella, was truly great! Everything about the tour was excellent. Although the Blue Grotto was closed due to high seas, the boat trip was still very fun and interesting, and we really enjoyed it as a great Plan B. Thank you, Marcella, for a fantastic day!
We had a wonderful day! The early start was great, as it meant Capri wasn’t too crowded. Our guide, Marcella, was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable, always making sure everyone was well looked after. Although we were a little disappointed not to see the Blue Grotto, we completely understood why and truly enjoyed the boat tour around the island instead—it was amazing.
The Capri Tour was a lovely day, and Luigi our group's guide for the day was enthusiastic and humorous (he's definitely a 5/5). I just felt it was a little bit pricey, for what we got! The organisation was quite good and Luigi was good at explaining why the Blue Grotto just wasn't viable on the day because of the choppy sea, which is no ones fault. As the Blue Grotto was unavailable, a boat trip around the island was organised, which we really enjoyed. Capri is worth a visit, if you have time, but if you don't prioritise Ravello! Oh, St Michelle church in Annacapri is also really impressive if you visit there 👍
Everything worked out great. Our tour guide Marcella was very nice and explained a lot to us in her funny way. The island is really worth a visit.
In general everything went according to plan, but we requested that the tour be in Spanish and so was contemplated in the booking, and the guide told us that it would only be in English
Ciao Daniel, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that this tour is only offered in English, as clearly stated in the tour description. We don’t offer this tour in Spanish. In the future, we suggest reviewing the tour details carefully to select the one that best suits your needs, as we feel the 3-star review was based on a misunderstanding. Best regards, Alex
Our guide Luigi was fantastic, he went above and beyond and was the best part of the day. The island was very very busy and getting on/off the boat was a little chaotic. I thought the trip included "private transport" for our "small group" (18 people, not really small but nevermind) but it was only the bus around the island that was for the group, the ferry from/to Sorrento was absolutely packed but we got a seat no problem. The Blue Grotto was open, so, that was good, although the queue took an hour (and the queue was triple the length by the time we were leaving). The trip was quite expensive and I don't think it was particularly good value for money, but Capri is on another level when it comes to cost so it is what it is. Views from the main square & at the top of Mt Solaro were lovely!
I really enjoyed the tour. We got to see the Blue Grotto, Anacapri. The air con ditioned bus and the addon of the boat tour for the white and green grottos and faraglioni rocks was much appreciated because of the extreme heat. Our guide Marcella was very nice and helpful and took good care of us.
