Itinerary
Cappadocia Balloon Tour is scheduled to start early in the morning, ideally before the sunrise. A modern and comfortable vehicle will be waiting to pick you up from your hotel. The driver will drive you towards the location where the balloon’s departure point is. For your comfort and safety you are advised to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. In addition, depending on the weather conditions, you might need a hat or sunglasses.
During your arrival at the balloon station you will get to know your pilots and instructors. By that time they will prepare the balloon by filling it with hot air. It is an excellent opportunity for you to take some really interesting pictures of the procedure. In accordance, the instructors will discuss and describe to you the basic rules that apply in the balloon ride. Safety procedures will also be explained, so there is nothing to worry about. The balloon is approved by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority and meets all the safety requirements. The balloon’s basket has a capacity of 4 to 28 people. By the end of the briefing, pilots and instructors will decide, depending on the weather and wind position, the route that the balloon will follow.
Once you enter into the large balloon’s basket, pilots will start the takeoff procedure. The balloon will gradually reach the maximum altitude of 1000 feet above the ground. Get ready to set your mind free and experience a once in a lifetime experience. At that point you will enjoy a spectacular sunrise that creates a magical background with spectacular colors. Just below you, the fairy chimneys and the rock formations will be reflecting the shades of the sun. This unique landscape that will be full of colors will create a unique landscape like a fairy tale. When the celebration is over, a comfortable and modern vehicle will be waiting for you. Our team members will drive you from the Hot Air Balloon station towards your hotel. Your arrival at your hotel is scheduled during the morning, just in time for your breakfast, leaving you the rest of the day free for sightseeing or to relax. Other than the driver not arriving at the appointed hour, which required a phone call and several texts, everything was wonderful. We boarded the balloon as soon as we arrived at the site. The pilot and his co-pilot did an excellent job. The balloon ride was spectacular. We saw a lot and enjoyed every minute of the experience. The balloon landed so smoothly on a truck bed that we didn't have to assume the position we were instructed to in case of a rougher landing. The employees helped 4 seniors out of the balloon with ease. Thank you for a super experience.

A unique experience. 160 balloons rising at the same time in a wonderful sky at dawn. The only disadvantage is getting on and off the basket, you have to climb up the ladder and when you get off the balloon the boys are practically in your arms. Worse is worth 1000 times

3 stars only as we didn't experience the trip. The trip was cancelled, unfortunately, due to weather conditions. But they refunded us without any follow-up, which is good

This was by far the most exciting and breathtaking experience I’ve ever done. I thank the captain for being so brilliant at what he does and engaging us, making us laugh and feel at ease. Highly recommend this hot air balloon, I had some concerns that the experience might not be as good as others as it was one of the cheaper options. However it ended up being a perfect experience. They picked us up from our accomodation, provided a light snack when we arrived at the balloon site, provided several option for videos/photos at extra charge (which we were more than happy to), after the activity they popped champagne and also dropped us back off to our accomodation. The highlight was watching the team landing the basket on the trailer! It was extremely impressive. Eric from guest relations followed up to check how the experience was which I think was great they are following up on client satisfaction :)

The ballon trip with Sky Way was great! We receveid the pick up details on the afternoon of the day before and the flight went smoothly as we could tell the pilot had a lot of experience (incredible manoeuvres with the ballon) and the crew was well trained!! We felt safe all the time !! The only thing I would point is that is felt that we were more than half of the time of the trip at low altitude, don’t know if it is normal with all the companies or if it is just a saving-fuel-approach .. but is was equally beautiful <3

Was nice of you and Wright, but Viator overcharged compared to most companies paid 350 my person where many others got it for 175 per person to 200 per person
