Canoe Trip in Lapland
Description
Canoeing is the perfect and most relaxing way to discover Lapland in summer while respecting its untouched nature. Finland, also known as the Land of a Thousand Lakes, is indeed covered by more than 188 000 lakes. A significant amount of them is located in Lapland and offer, with the fells and forests, beautiful harmonious landscapes. The lakes and rivers are also home of many birds and little mammals, such as geese, swans, longspurs, cranes, otters... If you are lucky enough, you may easily spot many of them! In all our activities, our groups are limited to 8 people maximum. It is very important for us to provide you with the best experience possible, and avoid mass tourism. This way, your guide will know you better and will be able to address all your needs and answer your questions. As we usually say – the smaller the group, the bigger the experience!

Pickup Locations & Times
Hotel pick-ups commence between 5 and 30 minutes prior to the start time. Your pick up time will be confirmed by e-mail one day prior to the activity. If you stay in hotels or resorts, please wait at the reception. If you stay in a private apartment, please wait outside in front of the main entrance so your guide can easily find you.

We experienced some canoeing in beautiful autumn day. The lake was very peaceful and canoeing was really relaxing and easy for all the family. Our guide was very helpful, positive and made us great pictures.

Very professional and friendly guidance for a first enjoyable canoe experience! Sunny weather and beautiful scenery and lakeside view in Lapland. Great ability to accomodate solo travellers. What is not to like??
