Very disappointed. We have booked many tours with Viator and have always found them interesting. The tour guide was pleasant but did not give us a great experience. No in depth history. The walk was so slow because the guide could not walk well. IThe guide tended to talk to individuals not the group so we were passing information between ourselves. We also struggled to hear/understand when we were close. It was a 2 hour tour but after an hour and half we were asked what else we wanted to see. Well the point of paying for a tour is we find out about the town from the guide. I would like Viator to contact me to discuss this experience. Absolutely not up to your usual standard.
