Pickup Locations & Times
The terminal where you arrive will depend on the airline you are flying with. Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the “Tour Operators” area. There, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our Mexico Travel Solutions representatives, who will be wearing a white and pink polo shirt with a colorful flower logo on the right side and holding a sign with our company name. To make it easier for you to find us, here’s where our team will be waiting: Terminal 3: Platforms 51 to 54 Terminal 2 Nacional: Platform 53 Terminal Inter 2: In front of the Grab & Go Café Terminal 4: Platforms 50 and 26 When you meet our representative, please present your confirmation voucher or photo ID for verification. We look forward to welcoming you and making sure your journey continues smoothly!

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- All clients with 5 years of age or older will have to pay full price. Clients with 4 years old or younger have free service except if they need a sit in the vehicle, in that case a full price its going to be charged.
- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or animal service in shared service. Please, book a private service and let us know before your arrival date to do the proper arrangements.

I left a review of being stranded at the airport when my attempts to notify MTS of my flight change were ignored. I had already reached out to MTS prior to my review and they were refusing to refund. I had to pay a taxi to get to my resort, $150. They commented on my trip advisor review to reach out to them directly so they could correct it, however, that is just for show as I reached out to them again and they once again refused to remedy.

Kinda rude. We waited for quite a while before getting into a vehicle. Poor communication, we were given different instructions from 3 people. Very confusing.

Punctuality is something that caught my attention from the moment we arrived at the Cancun airport or when we were picked up at the hotel, even for going to 5th Avenue. All the drivers were very punctual, very respectful, and drove very carefully, respecting traffic signals. I never felt in danger or anything like that. I am very pleased with the quality service.

Had to wait once we got to the pick point at the airport so that they could fill up the van with other riders…. Not long but there was still a wait in the van about 15/20 minutes

the WORST company ever. they never showed up either at the airport and hotel .. .and they dont want to refund what I paid ... they dont have a proof they showed up and either the confirmation of the time and hotel. This is ridiculous and expedia is covering them because they say is a good company... expedia doesnt care about customers and they do whatever the transportation company says.

Had to wait for about 45 minutes before the shuttle took off,,wasn’t expecting that. But ride to hotel after that was relatively quick.
