Description

Do you want to see an old Canarian farmhouse more than 200 years old? It is a complex of small buildings faithfully restored to the canons of popular Canarian architecture where the restaurant is now housed and in one of its buildings the first vermouth in Gran Canaria is made in an artisanal way. Its enclave surrounded by nature and native vegetation, with wonderful views of the Mogán valley, makes it a very interesting place. Itinerary

120 min

Your experience will begin with me with a tour of the Pueblo de Mogán area where our property is located – an old Canarian farmhouse, which is about 200 years old. It is a complex of buildings faithfully restored to the canons of popular Canarian architecture. You are going to see the Cactus Garden. Next, you will see how mangoes, avocados, soursops grow. We tell you how these fruits are used in Canarian cuisine, as well as cacti (tunera). On our farm we make the first “Lolito” vermouth in Gran Canaria. You will have a unique opportunity to taste white and red vermouth and enjoy an unusually original dessert: cold mango and yogurt soup with chocolate cubes. (if option is selected)

Tasteful Tasting …..

Beautiful peaceful oasis just 10 minutes from Puerto Mogan. The owner is clearly passionate and incredibly talented at what he does - a wonderful experience, thank you ☺️

Beautiful gardens and wonderful flavors

We had a wonderful time chatting with the owner of the restaurant and mango plantation. We had an opportunity to sample their fabulous vermouth, to learn about mango production, and tour the house and the gardens. It was a nice and relaxing afternoon. The mango dessert was also very tasty. We hope to return to visit the restaurant sometime soon.

Amazing!

A lovley experience. In Mohàn, a small Village in the inner Site of the City, we explored the mango plantation with our great female Guide, and were even allowed to collect some Mangos by our own! The Restaurant ist very beautiful, and the tasting of homemade vermouth & the chilled mango soup with goatmilk Joghurt in the end was outstanding. We will definitley recommend it, and was totally worth the price. Thank you so much!

Delightful experience w/ a personal touch

This is a beautifully restored villa and historic farm that today houses a fine dining restaurant, a private art studio and retreat, a small mango orchard and an artisanal vermouth winery. First, their vermouth is truly exquisite! Second, the grounds & garden are just lovely. Third, the host family provided the most sincere and personal tour of the facility - which I will remember fondly for a long time. This is not a tourist trap by any stretch. Rather, for us it was an intimate experience that touched on history, architecture, ecology and fine vermouth - with amazing views and delightful people. I did the 2 hour tour with my brother on his birthday and found it quite the lovely experience. We were very pleased.

Super experience!

We loved this experience! Our guide and the entire team that prepared the vermouth and dessert tasting were 10 out of 10! They have been very friendly and helpful throughout the journey. They have explained and shown us the secrets and curiosities of the history and geography of Gran Canaria.
