You select your hotel name and address when booking, and the tour operator schedules a pick-up How Tour Pick-Ups Work For most organized excursions from these ports: Tours time pick-up based on ship docking time — typically 30–45 minutes after the ship has docked. After you disembark the cruise ship, walk to the designated meeting point outside the main port gate; tour staff usually wait with a sign. At Amber Cove, the tour meeting point is generally outside the main entrance/gate area near taxi and rental spots. At Taino Bay, you meet outside the terminal near the taxi stand on the right side after the gate. Important: Many providers send exact meeting point details by email after booking so you know where to go.

Tour was great. We passed one of the other buggy tours at the cruise port. They loaded into the back of a large vehicle. We had private transportation to the facility. We later passed them on the trail. They were a group of 30ish buggies following a guide. We had a private tour with our family of 4 and a guide. The CanAm's are much better quality than the buggies from the other tour. Our guide did a great job making sure traffic was blocked everytime we had to cross a busy road for safety purposes. He stopped at multiple scenic spots to let the kids stretch their legs and got some fantastic pictures. For our family 4 it was the same price to do the CanAm tour as it was to do any of the other buggy tours, but the CanAm tour is much better. It's about a 40 minute ride each way from the cruise port and the tour is about 3 hours. We were able to do the tour and get back in time to do some shopping and enjoy the pools at the cruise port. I would highly recommend this tour.
