Very poor service never turned up waited an hour in the cold an not even contacted me to tell me why very disappointed
Hi Kim, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. We are unsure how you missed the shuttle but we always show up. We also send notification messages and call passengers before we depart from a location. Could you please send your booking reference number to ask and we would check as what happened. Car was 1/2 hr late for transport to airport. Replacement driver was very apologetic and courteous but the company never contacted us to advise of the delay. The hotel bellman took the initiative to call Fairy Bus and find out the situation...disappointing that we were not informed directly

Jay from the Fairy Bus arrived early. He loaded all of our luggage and helped our older parents aboard, offering water to everyone. He kept us posted on arrival time, and quickly unloaded our luggage, checking to make sure nothing was left behind. 5 star airport transfer!
