Itinerary
Start your tour by visiting the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos. The highlight of this section is getting close up to the Sphinx - the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and the head of King Chephren. Admire the impressive statue and get your photo taken beside it.
You will then visit Sakkara, a 27 km journey away from Cairo. The highlight of this section is the Step Pyramid. Built for King Zoser, it is considered an important part in the process of the pyramid evolution.
Then you'll head over to Memphis. Not the home of Elvis, of course, but the ancient capital of Egypt!
Finally, you'll go to Dahshur to have the Chance to enter the Red Pyramid and Enjoy the panoramic view for the Bent one !! Later you will get a comfortable transfer back to your hotel

We booked this tour for our last day in Cairo and it was great! Our Egyptologist and guide Sam was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and was also very accommodating about our schedule (we had flights booked for that evening) to make sure we focused on the things we wanted to see and still made it back to our hotel with plenty of time to grab our bags. He was funny and kept the visit interesting, took all the photos we wanted, and was honest about his advice on which combination of tickets best suited us for our visit. I would gladly recommend this tour and will be sure to reach out to him on my next visit to Egypt!
