Fantastic experience with my driver, Andrew. He sent a message welcoming me to Egypt upon arrival, and was waiting for me with a sign right outside baggage claim. He was professional and friendly. Basem Hoka met us at the airport where it was quite hectic especially from our experience, for midnight. He was very familiar with Cairo's traffic and gave us a lot of good information regarding Cairo and environs on the way to the hotel.

Service worked as advertised. While it took awhile to get out of the airport and get our bags, the driver met us outside the airport terminal with our last name on a sign. There are numerous car services, some of which are inside the terminal, so you will need to get your luggage, go through the final security check, and then you will see your driver outside.
Our luggage took ages to arrive from our plane but we were pleasantly surprised when our guide met us with a friendly smile. It was such a relief as the airport had lots of taxi drivers touting for business; quite overwhelming as we arrived very early in the morning.

Please do not use this guy's service. We waited at airport for one hour, no one came to pick us up & no one called us. And when we called no one reply then we have to take Uber to get to our hotel. This guy is a cheater and scammers. His tour complain y name is Bees travel in Egypt. I've contacted TripAdvisor but they don't have customer service so nothing happened. TripAdvisor must do something with this kind of cheaters & scam artists
Excellent, when we left the airport we were waiting for a gentleman with a sign that had our last name, there we were located a car with a driver that took us to the hotel, as we arrived at a rush hour there was a lot of traffic and we took more than 2 hours to get to the hotel. Cairo from 4.30 in the afternoon traffic is in chaos.

We got in touch with Mr Tamer via WhatsApp. He reassures and checks on us several times before and after flight, promptly assisted us with luggage. A very down to earth gentleman. This service is much smoother than I expected.
