You will be collected at your arrival terminal bus bays. Please book your Private Transfer Time closest to your plane arrival time. You will be collected once your plane has landed. Please ensure we have all flight details. If we are collecting passengers from multiple flights on the 1 transfer booking, we cannot enter Airport until all flights have landed for collecting. Please ensure your phone is on as your driver will contact you once your flight has landed. If your plane is canceled or delayed and you will miss your Private Shuttle Departure Time, please let the supplier know. Derek was on time - incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and was great to chat with on the ride from Cairns to Port Douglas, and had helpful recommendations on the local area. He was also an incredibly safe driver and we felt very well taken care of. Don’t hesitate to book!
So pleased we used Rodgers Rides, our driver Brian left perfect instructions on where to meet at the airport, the car was clean, comfortable & he provided great insight & information about the area on our way to Port Douglas . Would definitely select this service again.
Cannot recommend Rodgers Rides highly enough. We used Derek and his drivers for our transfers to and from Cairns airport and also for a day trip to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. They were so friendly and nothing was an issue, even when we wanted to be picked up earlier than planned. They were also very affordable. So much so compared to other companies that we thought it might have been dodgy! They definitely weren't! We won't be using anyone else on our next trip to Port Douglas. Thank you!

Our recent transfer toCairns Airport from Port Douglas was a logistical nightmare following Cyclone Jasper causing much damage (Road Closures , Phones and internet down, Power failures and flooding etc) Zandra, Derek and Bryce facilitated our transfer so professionally recommending an earlier departure etc and Bryce had us at Airport with time to spare Well done “Team Rodgers “

We travelled to Port Douglas in July 2022 for a large birthday celebration. We had a number of family members arriving on different days & flights & we booked private airport transfers with RogersRides. We found them to be communicative, reliable, accommodating & the drivers to be friendly.
