Please be aware that you should arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight departure. We don't hold any responsibility if you miss your flight due to being too late with your booking pick-up time. Transfer duration approximately 30 minutes depending on hotel location. Vehicle type is subject to availability and group size on the day. Child booster seats (not infant) must be organised prior to travel.

MAN was friendly, on time, very good at keeping in touch by phone so he knew right where to meet me. There was no waiting at all and the car was outside the baggage claim area for me. He took my bag and even made sure that it was at the hotel door (since there were about 5 steps going up to the main door) for me. He was very informative in the car and answered all my questions. The ride to the hotel was great. I use Viator for transfers all the time and this is one of my very best....the way a transfer should be done! Nice job MAN. Thank you for your service.

The driver communicated well leading up to meeting us at the airport and provided assistance with our bags. He had his three children along and while they were generally quiet and well behaved, this seemed unprofessional for a service that was so expensive. The driver provided commentary about the sites along our way, and was willing to make an extra stop that was unscheduled.
