They refunded my charge and then wanted me to pay again. Not sure why that happened. It was more of an inconvenience
Terrible experience. He was late, tried to nickle and dime me. And took me to the wrong location. DO NOT BOOK.
My driver was amazing. He had great customer service. He waited longer than we expected, he translated for me and even walked through the airport with me.
Do not order with this company. I had my flight land at 11:04 AM in which I put on my reservation. As soon as I landed, I received a text message at about 11:10 AM saying that my ticket has been discarded and a driver had left. I didn’t even get a chance to get to baggage claim. Driver then told me that I could wait an hour and an half for another SUV to show up. After attempting to get a refund, I also couldn’t get that because the operator didn’t approve it. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
Felix is great! As well as the other drivers he recommended. Let him know what you need and he’ll make sure you get there safely and timely. Had a great time with him and relied on him throughout the whole week we were in Los Cabos
Legacy Transportation was very responsive, on time, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again on a return trip to Los Cabos! We used a Chevy Suburban SUV with Legacy Transportation.
