Good new bus which is comfy but customer service is seriously lacking with staff quite rude. Bus also picked me up from somewhere other than address given and almost left without me. A stop half way luckily I was outside as they handed my luggage to a random customer leaving. So so experience, they have made it hard to leave a review anywhere online but this is an honest one of my experience.
