Buggy Adventure - 1.5 Hours Off-Road Guided Tour from Albufeira

My experience with Buggy Aventure was very negative. From the very first contact, I encountered a lack of courtesy and professionalism from the team. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful; at times, they even used an aggressive and insulting tone—something I consider completely unacceptable in customer service. Furthermore, the buggies appeared poorly maintained, which inspired little confidence regarding the vehicles' upkeep and safety. The most serious issue was feeling that I was treated differently because I am a business man (CFO). The attitude of some team members made me feel discriminated against and uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. No one should be treated that way. I do not recommend this company. I hope they reconsider how they treat customers and invest in both vehicle maintenance and staff training regarding customer service and respect for everyone.

No one should ever be treated differently because of their sexual orientation. I do not recommend this company. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat their customers, invest in the proper maintenance of their vehicles, and provide their staff with appropriate training in customer service, respect, and inclusion.

terrible, we went with two children and had a reservation at 9 in the morning, which is quite early; we came from far away, an hour by car, and we had 15 minutes left to arrive when they called us saying we would lose our money. We arrived on time, and the official website states that they open at 9:15. €200 wasted for a day of work because they could have changed our time to later if we were late, but they did not wait for us with two children. It is shameful, especially since I put the later time on the website and only that option was given to me on Viator. We leave with the disappointment that they could not enjoy the experience, and they do not refund the money!

Read the bad reviews first before booking. Made a booking and couldn’t accommodate time as no other interest. Moved to a time to suit them. Took a corner slightly wide with ten year old son on board (not a stag do or anything wild!) removed from tour and made to pay a recovery fee. Don’t recommend if you want to enjoy an off road experience or bank on it happening at the time slot.

It all went as announced. The check-in was quiet, you should arrive on time. There could be some more winding paths to create more emotion.

The guide is super nice, if you like the "desert" paths this activity will certainly please you! The course for the 1h30 is great but if you really like the buggy do not hesitate to take the 3h, only happiness.

Great experience! We were well looked after, and the staff helped us keep safe on the road. The staff were very polite and the route taken was a lot of fun through the countryside.

The experience was totally worth it. Drive through a range of roads, (normal roads, off road, through water. At the halfway mark, you sightsee a medieval castle, then drive back. The staff are friendly and supportive! Be prepared to get very dusty! Haha

We loved the experience, the guide always very friendly. With all the certainty that if one day we return there we will repeat.

Due to unfortunate technical problems with our car, we arrived 2 minutes late on the agreed time slot. We were denied entry and told to pay an additional 50% on an already expensive tour to be rescheduled. - Mind that it does not cost the firm any more to reschedule us, as it is a guidet group tour with other guests. The lady who received us was quite rude and naive and let us off quite schocked. Sad experience. Please do not go. I will of course remove this review, of we get issued a full refund.
