The trip description said that this cruise was 3 to 4 hours approximately and was nowhere near that long. First of all our ride to the cruise was supposed to arrive at 7 PM and didn’t get there until 8 PM. In their initial contact to me they said that they would arrive at 7pm and wait 5 to 7 minutes and then leave. At 7:10pm I started texting through the app and finally got the response that our driver was stuck in traffic. It was a little unnerving because we didn’t know what to expect. We were the last passengers to board the boat which left immediately. The boat was about half capacity but almost everybody was on the second floor with the open views. We chose the first floor which was air-conditioned and almost empty. The food was mediocre. When booking this trip, I really didn’t know what to expect so I went by the reviews which rated it 5 stars. We just arrived first time in Dubai that morning after a 13 hour flight. We we’re looking for an easy dinner transition into the city. In retrospect I would evaluate the cruises after being in the city for a day or two.
The food and the view was amazing. The entertainment was nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.
