Andres knows Buenos Aires very well, and the tour offered detailed explanations that helped us learn more about Argentina. I am grateful to Andres for his kindness and for guiding us through the entire tour. If you are reading this and considering Andres as your tour guide, you will definitely not regret it.
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed the day with you guys! You are a very nice and funny group of friend!! Andres
Lourdes took our family on a lovely tour of the city, highlighting several of the iconic historical structures and cultural centers. She did a great job communicating with English speakers and she was very kind and patient answering all of our questions about the city and culture. We all enjoyed lunch together at the Mercado San Telmo having delicious classics like choripan and empanadas. It felt like having a friend showing us around her hometown. We’re so grateful to Lourdes for being our family’s guide through this unique and fantastic city. It’s a trip we’ll be remembering for years to come.
Such a lovely review! People like you make us to love our job!! Lourdes is a very good tour guide and a nice person, thank you so much for your kind words to her!!! Warm regards, Andres
Great high listed tour of the city. Our guide Lourdes spoke English very clearly and was very informative.
We used Andres to tour Buenos Aires for a private day tour. He was friendly and made sure that we got to see the highlights of this beautiful city and learn about Argentina’s history. Most importantly he took the time to get to know us and personalized the tour to our interests that made our tour more special. And Andres was flexible to handle a personal situation, and we appreciated his assistance to get this resolved. We also used his associate Brenda for an art tour of Buenos Aires. An artist herself, she showed us sights that we would have not visited , including tiled houses street of Pasaje Lanin where we met with the artist himself! It’s these kinds of connections that made our private tours of BA even more memorable!
Communication with Andres was so easy. We made several changes and it was never a problem. Our guide Lourdes was knowledgeable and friendly. Our driver was terrific. Lourdes sat with us in van so we could all hear her! She made great suggestions for lunch and snacks. We saw so much in one day. We all want to return and spend more time in Buenos Aires now.
We went to Recoleta's cemetery and we had a lot of fun! The guide provided some interesting and amazing facts!
Ana was our guide for the day along with our driver Oswaldo. Ana was extremely knowledgeable and took us all over Buenes Aries. There was a Woman’s Day protest that day and she managed to avoid the demonstrators. She and Oswaldo expertly guided us to the highlights of the city. Ana’s English was excellent which made the day pleasant. We enjoyed her so much that we recommended her to our friends who will be visiting Buenes Aries in the future. When in BA, don’t hesitate to book with BAS Travelers and request Ana. It’s very clear she loves her job and passionate about sharing her knowledge.
Great time with great driver . Patricia out leader was very knowledgeable and took us to many wonderful places. She took requests from us also.
Everything was just perfect, great English, so funny and he also knows a lot a lot a lot!! This is the third time we travel and it is always an amazing experience!!
We took this tour our first day in Buenos Aires which provided us with an excellent over view of the city's main areas. This was a terrific tour and excellent value. Our tour guide Andres was extremely knowledgeable of the area and local history. He was a true professional with incredible character. His English was very good and had no trouble expressing himself. He provided personal pictures of historical events at many of the sites we visited to help us understand the significance of the the area. He was very proud of his heritage and culture. Andres offered advice for other excursions (Tango dinner show & Gaucho dinner show) which were both also 10/10. I highly recommend this tour.
