We did a 1/2 day private city tour for our family of four with two teenagers. The tour itself was fantastic and a great way to get introduced to the history and neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Our tour guide, Matias, was extremely knowledgeable and set a great agenda for our tour. I gave this less than five stars because the communication with the agency was pretty terrible. After booking through Tripadvisor, we got the Tripadvisor confirmation and then had no further communication from the agency even after sending several email and WhatsApp messages and calling the listed number. The agency appears to work with independent guides and no one responds to the listed phone number. We weren't sure whether our tour was happening right up until the point where our guide and shuttle arrived at the hotel; we were about to give up on it. Once we were on tour, though, it was great.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. 🌟 We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your private city tour with Matias and that the tour provided a great introduction to Buenos Aires’ history and neighborhoods. We sincerely apologize for the communication issues prior to your tour. We take this very seriously and are reviewing our processes to ensure all guests receive timely and clear information after booking. Your comments are very valuable in helping us improve. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Buenos Aires! Warm regards, Buenos Aires Tour Guide
Good overview of BA city. Perfect length of time. Our driver was great and our guide (Joe) was knowledgeable and lots of fun. Would recommend

We contacted Maximo from BA tour via email and asked several questions about Buenos Aires area that Maximo quickly answered. We also asked for suggestions. Maximo was quick to respond. He provided us with a detailed visiting schedule. The tour were well done by the English speaking guides. The guide and driver showed up on time. Vehicles were very cleaned. Rose was our guide for Buenos Aires, very knowledgeable and professional lady. She went above and beyond of what we asked for. Lorena was our guide in Iguazu Falls, highly recommend her, professional friendly and caring. One of the best guide we ever had. Thank you Maximo, Rose and especially Lorena. We really enjoyed ourselves in Argentina.
Our tour guide Joe was very personable, highly informative and helpful, and flexible or accomodating to address our interests.
Jose Luis (Joe) was about tour guide for the day and was fantastic. Not only is Joe incredibly knowledgeable but he is also very kind and passionate about his work. In one day we felt we had a great understanding of the history of the city thanks to Joe. Very grateful for the experience and happy we met Joe!
We loved the street tour in La Boca and our signed artist's souvenir. The full tour was pretty comprehensive.
I made a last minute enquiry with BA tours and Maximo responded very promptly on a weekend and organised a tour for the next day. Timing of the tour was very flexible and payment seamless. I got Joe as a tour guide who was excellent and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and very impressed with Maximo's communication and professionalism. The prices were also the most competitive I had come across. I was so impressed that I booked another tour with Maximo to Iguazu falls
Joe and Omar were a great team. The tour was personalized as to what I wanted to do and see. The guide, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and interesting to listen to. The best tour I signed up for during my short visit, saw everything I wanted to see, including a museum, Caminito, embassy row, and drive-by's past important buildings and monuments, with the flexibility to get out and take pictures as I wanted. Will be recommending this tour to friends that will be visiting soon.
Fantastic trip! The cemetery was the highlight! Never seen anything like that! Jo the guide was awesome!
San Telmo market and antique shops were awesome. Beer and empanadas at the market was the best meal we experienced
Thank you for your review. We are glad you have enjoyed the tour.
