Excellent tourist guide in Budapest: very attentive, well informed and with great explanations about the local history and culture. It made the tour pleasant, interesting and unforgettable. I highly recommend mostly to Brazilians who are looking for guides!
Jucimar was amazing. Our group was large, 16 people. He was wonderful, patient and has a lot of knowledge about history. Super recommend hiring you as a guide. In addition to giving us tips, we helped in shopping and took us to eat the typical food in a great restaurant. Note 1000.
We had an excellent experience with the Brazilian guide at the Buda Castle. He accompanied us through the Fishermen’s Bastion, the Church of Matias and the Castle of Buda, explaining everything with great clarity, knowledge and good mood. In addition to very well mastering the history of Hungary, he knows how to contextualize the facts in a light and interesting way, making the tour engaging from beginning to end. He was also very attentive with the group, answered all the questions and gave several helpful tips about Budapest. It was great to do the tour in Portuguese, which made all the difference to better take advantage of the details and curiosities of the places visited. I highly recommend to Brazilians who want to know the Castle of Buda in a complete, organized and pleasant way. Excellent guide!

It was a great tour with Janet, very fun experience, we explored the city and she was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend it!
Great tour. Highly recommended. You will get so many interesting knowledge and experience. The guide is a good communicator.
I was reluctant to book this tour because I couldn’t see any reviews. I chatted with Viator and they said they were new and had 5 good reviews so I booked it. The day before the tour I got a message that our morning tour was being cancelled and could we do the afternoon. After moving a few things around we agreed to the new time. The tour guide we had, Janet, was awesome and this review in no way reflects her. However, not only did they change the time, they changed the actual tour and we were not given notice about that. Instead of doing the Jewish quarter which is District VII we did District V. We had already done that so this was basically a repeat. And since it was our last day we had no time to book a tour of the Jewish quarter. I really feel like we should have been told of the change in itinerary when we were told about the change in time. I was offered an apology after the fact but nothing else. I am in the process of seeking a refund through Viator and hope that I am successful since this is not what I paid for.
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration with the changes made to both the time and itinerary of your tour. Janet decided to change the route to make the tour experience better, and since it was the only available time slot, we offered the option to adjust the itinerary so you wouldn’t miss out on the walking tour altogether. However, we recognize that you should have been informed about this change in advance. We take your concerns seriously and will review our processes to ensure clearer communication moving forward. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
