Great tour of Budapest!

What a fabulous way to see Budapest! We booked with Budapest Tuk Tuk, and our guides, Peter and Martin, were friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional throughout the tour. They made the experience feel personal rather than like just another stop on a checklist — a real, thoughtful alternative to being stuck on a big tour bus. It was a hot day, but they were attentive enough to always find shade for us along the route, which made a big difference in our comfort. Their local knowledge added so much context to what we were seeing, and their warmth made the whole group feel looked after. Highly recommend Budapest Tuk Tuk to anyone looking for a small, nimble, and personal way to explore the city — much better than being one of many on a big bus.

Absolutely wonderful!

Amazing tour with Paul on 6/20. Since it was our first time in Budapest he took a few minutes to discuss if we had any specific areas we wanted to focus on before heading out. The tour he gave was fantastic- not only showing us the highlights of the city but taking time to explain things, to answer questions and to ensure we had a wonderful time. Also- special thanks to him for providing us with cold water as the weather was very warm. Paul was friendly, thoughtful and an excellent driver/guide. Highly recommend.

A highlight of our river cruise!

Excellent - One of the highlights of our Rhine River cruise. David was a mine of information, taking us to all the sights we wanted to visit plus many others to give us a wonderful insight into the City of Budapest. It was a true adventure both informative and exciting as we weaved our way through traffic from one side of the city to the other, from busy popular sites to quiet corners to explore and enjoy. A tyrip we will long remember. Thank you David.

The absolute best way to see Budapest when you’re short on time

We had such an amazing time on our private tuk-tuk tour with Roberto! If you want a perfect overview of the city, we really recommend this tour. Because our time was limited, we wanted to make sure we covered a lot of ground quickly. Roberto completely tailored the route to focus on the sights we hadn't managed to see yet, which was incredibly helpful. He is so genuinely knowledgeable—we learned an immense amount of history about both Hungary and Budapest while cruising around. The experience gave us such a great taste of the city that it made us realize we absolutely have to come back to explore even more. To top it all off, Roberto went completely above and beyond. I accidentally left my stainless-steel water bottle behind in his tuk-tuk, and he took the extra time out of his day to personally bring it back to our hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really shows the kind of wonderful person and guide he is. Do yourself a favor and book this tour—and ask for Roberto!
