Natural light, editorial poses, and unhurried pacing — all included. 3) 11:00 — Mediterranean brunch by one of the best pastry chefs in Europe (60 min) You will have a Mediterranean brunch settled into a private garden table, shaded by towering palms. You will enjoy a spread of local Alicante products: freshly baked pastries (bollería artesanal), seasonal fruit, cured meats, Valencian cheeses, tomato toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, and freshly brewed coffee.
