We do collect guests from a range of hotels however the locations noted are our most common locations. Pickup times range from 7.45am through to 8.30am. Please contact our office +61 (7) 3880 0477 for your updated Brisbane transfer pickup location and time. Times do vary depending of the hotel location in the Brisbane CBD area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) - An Absolutely Amazing Day Out! Pros: Wonderful Crew: Kerry and her crew were incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire trip. Great Comfort & Food: The Eye Spy boat itself is fabulous, and the included lunch was delicious. Incredible Experience: The weather turned out great, and seeing the beautiful whales was truly unforgettable. Verdict: This was a perfect day on the water. I would 100% go again and highly recommend Brisbane Whale Watchers to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

I've been fortunate enough to have experienced many whale watching trips in many parts of the world but have to say this is the best - so far!!! Pick up was great - the driver even waited patiently for someone to arrive who had gone to the wrong collection point. So many whales in this region - the crew were just as excited as the passengers! All were well informed and very happy to answer questions. For me lunch was wonderful so, all in all, a fantastic day with a fantastic crew watching fantastic whales in a fantastic location.

Amazing experience! So glad we took the time to go whale watching and the boat, crew, food, etc. were fantastic. We saw a lot of gorgeous whales today and the weather was perfect. Highly recommend!
Still on cloud nine after our trip yesterday! It was such a perfect day 🐋 We booked three tickets in the VIP lounge which was well worth the small additional fee - we had a closed cabin to sit in with allocated seats we could come and go to as we pleased. Lunch was yummy and fresh and the choice of snacks and drinks were great. We were able to see a few pods of whales, and a few came right up to the boat. It was great listening to Kerry share her love and knowledge about them. The whole crew were extremely welcoming and kind but Loz deserves a shoutout - very funny lady who also has a wealth of knowledge to share (such as the whales loving Phill Collins and telling us how important sea sickness tablets are). Thanks so much team! We can't wait to go again 🛥️
Absolutely amazing. A trip of a life time. The crew were fantastic. We ordered lunch with our package and it was delicious. The day was a bit choppy but it was worth it as seeing so many whales was incredible.

Canceled due to weather. Very disappointed
We're sincerely sorry your tour had to be cancelled due to the weather and completely understand your disappointment. The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority. On the day of your tour, conditions within the whale sighting grounds included a 2.9-metre swell, making it unsafe and uncomfortable to operate. While cancellations are never an easy decision, they are only made when weather conditions are not suitable for a safe and enjoyable experience. Wow, an absolute wonderful day. Well organised and well taken care of and the crew were so fabulous, so caring and polite and this was all before we left the jetty.! Then we arrived at the whale highway. The excitement onboard grew to each and all and went ballistic when the beautiful whales appeared. The commentary was so educational and enjoyable. The people love thes magnificent animals and it shows. Tried to settle so we could have a refreshing lunch and return to jetty. The excitement and chatter kept going long after we tied up. I can wholeheartedly recommend this group as great value and experience. I’m an older person and I have fulfilled a dream to see life like these beautiful creatures and Whale Watching helped me achieve this…. Major thank you . Absolutely the best..!!
What a great trip. First time whale watching. There were several whales around the boat to watch along with dolphins and a sea turtle. The crew was fantastic! Stacey was amazing! Highly recommend.
