A good introduction to...

A good introduction to Brisbane. There were just the two of us plus Rory our guide, so we were able to go pretty much at our own pace. Rory is very knowledgeable and interesting

Worst guided tour ever…

Quite disappointing! Our guide was simply walking by our side with no information to share. When we asked questions, she would take her phone and answer what she found on Google. After 20-25 minutes, we decided to cancel the walking tour with the guide and walk around on our own. We spent about 275$ CAN for 2 people… I have traveled to more than 60 countries and I am sorry to say this was the worst guided tour I ever booked. I hope I will be reimbursed at least.

Operator response

Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We’re sincerely sorry to hear that your experience fell so far below expectations. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we fully understand your disappointment. We’ve contacted you by email to follow up on this situation, including the matter of your refund. Please accept our deepest apologies, and we hope to have the opportunity to make this right. Warm wishes, Guydeez Team

Great Introduction to Brisbane

Max is a great guide who paces the tour to match abilities and interests. He is knowledgeable on Brisbane’s history and the people who have given it its character. The day was quite warm and he found ample shade and air conditioned buildings!

Perfect way to spend an afternoon

Our tour was fantastic and our guide, Daria was great! She pointed out several things to do, gave us some history of Brisbane, and walked us around in some of the locations. We also had a bit of nostalgia as Daria shared her Italian heritage with us- we lived in Naples for over three years back in the 90’s. We were great full for her knowledge and cheerful personality.
