A wonderful walking tour with a guide who has fantastic whit and charm. He provided breaks and suggestions for local “top sellers.” An amazing historical perspective for anyone interested in learning of the history of the region.
Well worth it. Informative, engaging and well paced. Samuel was a supberb guide. We covered all of the old town and more. We learnt much also about the history of the Slovak people.
The walking tour of Bratislava was fun, informative, and a great way to learn about the city’s history and culture. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept the tour engaging throughout. One thing to note is that the guide liked to make a lot of jokes and jokes were a big part of his style. While many people will probably enjoy the humour, it may not be for everyone if that’s not your type of tour. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting an enjoyable introduction to Bratislava.
The operator cancelled the tour on me the day of the event because they didn’t have enough guides. They offered 2 alternate times that would not work for my schedule because it was my last day in town. They have not automatically refunded my fee so now I need to track them down or swallow it. Not much money but it should be automatic.
The tour is great. We get a great overview of the country history but keep in mind that the tour lasts more than 3 hours.
Lots of information regarding the history of Budapest. The tour guide was friendly, thorough and provided a lot of extra tour information. He also answered many, many other questions from the tour group (e.g. how to use public transportation). He gave a low-cost tips on traveling between airport and townb.
Ruger’s tour was incredible - he was so thorough and knowledgeable about Bratislava, Slovakia's history and the history of the surrounding regions too.
Was a nice walking tour around the small old town. The guide Paras was really knowledgeable and really really funny...UK style dry humour, not crass American style. Highly recommended
Very personable, witty, quick thinker and funny! Knows how to engage and most of all knowledgeable! (I lived in Bratislava, so I can say that)
This was a great walking tour of Bratislava. The city is very compact so everything is close. The guide was spectacular. Very informative and you could tell he really loves his adopted city. I highly recommend this to anyone making a stop in this wonderful city.
