The route is well thought out and does well, but the interactive part of the questionnaire is not always interesting.... At some points this part did not work very well.

You need good internet access - intermittent quality does not work. It was a bit of a hassle and easier to just walk to areas of interest

Excellent way to learn about a city. Originally booked on a walking tour that was cancelled by the operator. Found this, booked it. A good choice
The essentials are there to visit the city, with good explanations about the history of the city and Potugal, anecdotes, customs.... The puzzles are simple for all types of audiences, and with historical descriptions there is something for everyone.
