A very nice welcome. Amina was a super teacher, and an incredibly fun group. This experience is highly recommended.
We had a great time making this traditional Bosnian food. Both ladies were fabulous and the food was delicious. It was nice to eat the food we made.
It was very fun, culturally informative, and our host, Amina was truly delightful and sweet. We enjoyed this experience immensely!! A great way to spend time with locals and learn more about this country. Loved it!!
This was a fantastic experience for our daughters, ages 12 and 14. The instructor was an excellent teacher, patient and knowledgeable. She included great details about the culture and history of Bosnia while also being very well organized. Most importantly, we all had fun!
Host was great and really taught us the traditional techniques to create perfect Burek. Details hadn't been update on Viator booking site so wrong time was given meaning I missed the first part of the activity, however the hosts were very apologetic.
The most wonderful time learning about Bosnian cuisine and having the pleasure of making, cooking and indulging in the food! My host was an absolute pleasure and made my time really lovely. I’d recommend to anyone to book on this experience ✨
Very personal and educational. Lots of local chit chat and discussion around local food. Wonderful lunch at the end. Highly recommend.
It was a delightful and delicious experience. Wonderful atmosphere, while getting educated on the food traditions of Bosnia. LOVED IT! I would highly recommend this experience. It was worth every penny!
If I could rate this higher than 5/5 then I would! Myself and my other half felt so at home and enjoyed every second of this experience! The food we learnt to make was delicious and we’ve even been talking about hosting a dinner party when we’re back at home for our friends cooking the B&H recipes we learnt from this :) Thank you so much, Amina, won’t ever forget our evening and definitely will come and say hello when we are back in Mostar!!
Dear Thaisia, Wow—your words have absolutely made our day! 🧡 Hearing that you and your partner felt “at home” is the greatest compliment we could hope for. Amina is beaming after reading your review and sends her warmest thanks. We love the idea of you hosting a Bosnian-style dinner party back home—please tag us in any photos; we’d be thrilled to see your burek spirals and sweet hurmašice in action. And of course, our kitchen door is always open. When your travels bring you back to Mostar, pop in for a coffee and a chat—no appointment necessary. Hvala vam još jednom for choosing to spend your evening with us and for sharing such kind feedback. Until we cook together again, happy rolling and roasting! Warm wishes, Armel & the Food House Mostar team
Amina was a great instructor! I have taken many cooking classes around the world and she was among the best. Very thorough and lets you try your hand at every step. We very much enjoyed our evening with her and highly recommend to others.
Dear Monica, Thank you for choosing to cook with us and for sharing such wonderful feedback! 🌟 Amina was over the moon when she read your review—being ranked among your best classes worldwide is truly an honour. She prides herself on letting every guest knead, stir, and season each dish, so we’re thrilled that hands-on approach resonated with you. If you recreate any of the recipes back home, please tag us or send a photo—we’d love to see your Bosnian dishes in action. Should your travels bring you back to Mostar, our kitchen door is always open for another round of cooking, coffee, and conversation. Hvala vam još jednom (thank you once again) for recommending us so highly! Warm regards, Armel & the Food House Mostar team
