In August 2024, I went solo on the Bodrum Boat Trip and had such a calm excursion. Our guide, Derya was very friendly and knowledgeable making sure everyone had a good time. Mehmet, the driver did an amazing job driving us through this and we always had quite smooth sailing. The water was so clear when we went snorkeling, and the lunch came prepared. It could not have been a more ideal solo journey!
Lovely family friendly trip, you stop in three stops, options to jump in and swim so brung a swim suit, there is an option to sit downstairs so theres cover from the sun or upstairs in the sun. Generally stunning scenery - unforgettable 😍
We’ve paid in advance for the all inclusive package at the boat. However the crew told us we couldn’t get the white wine, because other people onboard may want it and they’ll pay for that and as they “are trying to run a business” we needed to accept a rosé wine that was a leftover. Also they offered us a beer that wasn’t cold from a cheaper brand, saying the cold Effes beers are also for people that will pay for that and we could not have these. The crew and captain were also very rude, made jokes, and told us we wanted to get drunk. Very disrespectful behavior. We talked to the agency in WhatsApp also, asked about it and told that we already have paid, before! But they didn’t do nothing.
After exceeding a certain amount of alcohol, the captain politely warned you. but since you don't want to give it, you can enter your alcohol by using the cut-off fee for alcohol service. Paying money doesn't give you the right to get drunk and disturb other people on the boat. There were 35-40 other people on the boat with you and we did not receive any complaints from the others. Drinks were not served to you just because you passed the alcohol limit. everyone else could drink as much as they wanted. you can get drunk at your home or different place next time.
We had an excellent time as family in this tour. The captain and crew were very helpful and flexible. The lunch was well done . We visited many beautiful bays and enjoyed every moment I highly recommend this tour.
It was a nice arrangement and several stops. We thought the boat would cover a larger distance but it kept within the vicinity of Bodrum City. The only disappointment was that it wasn't a full free flow. Towards the end of the trip the personnel simply stated that we couldn't have more beer although we were not drunk and there was still over 30 minutes on the trip. Overall, I'd still recommend it but don't go for the free flow option. It just costs more and you can simply buy the same amount on the boat anyhow.
According to the level of your drunkenness, it is the captain's decision no more drink so that there is no trouble on the boat. best wishes
Don’t go on this trip, staff fantastic, owner terrible, we paid £55 for ‘all inclusive’ the lunch was awful, several people were upset as they ran out of wine twice and had to ‘borrow’ off other boats, if u wasn’t drinking it was £25 but at £30 extra we was limited, we was told we would receive a message to where there office was to collect tickets and directions but we didn’t and spent an hour locating office, the other staff where amazing but the owner was rude and we didn’t start until 11.15 and was back at 4.40, go to the harbour and book but not with these
We are very sorry for this review. It was for your satisfaction ; that we borrowed bottles from the other boat to be able to serve unlimited and all day wine. We could not have guessed that everyone would want to drink 2-3 bottles of wine for each person. normally beer and wine consumption is 50-50% on average. Thank you for paying £55, but we think you're getting paid with lunch, 4-5 different swim breaks, soft drinks all day, unlimited wine and beer. Compare all these services with any beach restaurant or beach club, and you pay double that. and we sent one day before to your whatsapp number our office location and adress details.
Lovely views and helpful staff. Cleopatras cave is a must see. Plenty of places to get off the boat and see the fish in the water.
The staff were extremely friendly! The stops weren't really amazing but overall a nice trip if you don't mind not swimming. Lunch was what you would expect on a tourist boat trip. Just ok
Had a beautiful trip from start to finish, beautifully relaxing. Stopped at 4 stops to enjoy the sea and snorkeling. I spent the day sunbathing on the bed but also had children with me who throughly enjoyed it. Food was very nice, drinks were flowing. Highly recommended. You only need money for ice cream.
This is a tricky one.. Nice boat trip but not as advertised.. saw the advert on trip advisor for an all inclusive boat trip. It states in the advert the use of snorkeling equipment is included, this however is not the case. My partner and I were looking forward to doing some snorkeling but ended up having to rent for 50lira a pair of goggles from a crew member as they didn't provide snorkels, if we had known this before hand we would have brought some. So that was disappointing. Second thing which isn't mentioned in the advert is, they stop at 4 or 5 different islands and bays, one of which is cleopatras cave, what we didnt expect when we arrived was you have to pay to go in. So when the advert says "leave your wallet at home" don't! Glad we brought some cash with us! The stops were not really different islands, they were different bays along the same island. Apart from rabbit bay which is opposite but not exactly far away. We left later than scheduled time of 11am, we didn't leave till 11:45 and was back by 5:15 so not exactly a full day of island hopping and swimming as stated. Lunch was ok, standard chicken, pasta and salad. It was nice being on a boat in the sun shine but the boat trip itself wasn't massively impressive. I think the thing that annoyed me most was the snorkeling. My partner and I were very excited to do some snokelling and instead just looked under the water in a pair of goggles for as long as we could hold our breath..
